“The item is beautiful and the customer service was amazing outstanding. I had left information out of the order and the company contacted me straight away. I also really liked the personal touch the creators into the packaging with their “created by…” pictures and a hand written happy birthday to my wife. 10/10 ♥️”

“The pendant is lovely and delicate. I do wish the clasp were of better quality, as it's quite thin. I'd appreciate an option to choose a different clasp, perhaps a lobster clasp, as I prefer those and would like to be able to swap the pendant onto other chains. The same applies to the bracelet; its clasp also needs to be changed, and an option to choose the clasp.”
