“Ordered a necklace for my mums 80th birthday. I was able to speak to someone at Honey Willow prior to ordering and they answered all my questions knowledgeably so that I could order the right necklace. Very friendly and personable on the phone 😊. The necklace arrived quickly and was beautifully packaged. My mum was thrilled with her gift as it looked amazing and held so much meaning. Thank you!!”

“I ordered a pair of coral and pearl earings for my wife to celebrate our 35th wedding anniversary. The beautiful earings arrived within days of ordering them, very nicely packaged, and with a thoughtful note inside. Excellent service that I cannot fault. Most importantly, my wife loves them!”

“I purchased a red coral and pearl bracelet with gold in-fills for my wife for our 35th wedding anniversary. She was delighted with it. I loved the very personal service we received from Honey & Willow. The bracelet was of a good quality, handmade, arrived in time as expected and beautify wrapped with stickers of the ladies who made it inside the box. Note there is a small charge for gift wrapping which I didn’t mind. The only comment I have is that there could be a option to have the bracelet in various lengths. The item I purchased was smaller than I imaged although luckily, my wide has quite small wrists so it fitted perfectly. It may be slightly on the small side for those with wider wrists.”

“having had a beautiful silver 60th birthday bracelet bought for me I had my hildren and grandchildrens names and yr born put on it. In the last 2 yrs I have had 2 more grandchildren so I took a trip into Bath and visit the shop to have the extra names added. Great service and the bracelet was returned to me via RM within 7 days. So happy im thinking of treating myself this birthday.”

“Stunning 5 Rings necklace! Bought it as a gift for my wife for her 50th birthday. She absolutely loves it! The 5 rings come together beautifully and the craftsmanship is impeccable.
