“Both Naomi who assisted with my booking and Harrison who carried out the survey were really helpful and efficient. I was unsure on the difference between the surveys which Naomi took me through and Harrison turned around a detailed PCI report super quickly.”

“I had to move the appointment on 3 occasions due to the house not being ready, and it was done with no fuss whatsoever by Dina. Frazer the inspector had produced a very extensive report, and most of the snags I would never have spotted. Would highly recommend.”

“Lee was fantastic and we got a very comprehensive snagging survey after moving in. Lee was very friendly and explained some of the findings to us as well as some general questions we had about our new build which was above and beyond what was required. The survey itself was laid out in an easy to read format and explained everything well. We are glad we had it done and would happily recommend HomeSnag.”

“The employee who was originally arranged was sick and could not arrive on the same day, but the company in your place quickly arranged another employee to come. There are only a few imperfections, so I wasted my two mornings. In the end, I also gave it to me A discount is rewarded.”
