“The report came back very detailed, finding snags that I would’ve never checked had I done it myself. The report came back only a few hours after the appointment, meaning I could send it to the builders and they could get working on the defects the next day.”

“Highly recommended this home snagging service for everyone! I had done the fundemental survey here before my 2-yr builder's warranty expired with thermal lite added. Daniel had done a truely professional job and he had addressed all my concern. With the detailed report against building regulation, the builder has rectified all the problems prompty. Also, thanks Naomi for his excellent customer service with clear explanation on the services provided!”

“I found HomeSnag online after a Google search, and emailed to query if they could undertake a survey where I lived and their next availability. Their response was prompt, polite, and really helpful and I was booked in within a week. Marius, the surveyor, arrived on time, was really smart and polite and explained what he'd be doing and then got cracking with minimal input required from me. The report was delivered that same day - it was clear, thorough, and very helpful.”

“Fab service, received a thorough in detail report. Findings were explained clearly to us before the snagger left, we have now been able to present our findings to the developer who is working through the report to rectify. “The service provided by HomeSnag has been excellent. The admin team always replied the same day to our emails and voice mails, were really helpful, and were very pleasant and easy to talk to over the phone despite us having to repeatedly contacting them, as we had to rearrange the date for our PCI three times. The PCI by Tom was extremely detailed and thorough. He picked up many snags we would have missed. Also having a professionally produced report has made it a lot easier to deal with the developer. We would highly recommend anyone buying a new build property to get an inspection done by HomeSnag.”

“The surveyor arrived promptly during the arrival window they provided. They explained the process really well and opened with discussion about the site so far and what snags we’ve already raised and if they’ve been addressed. They also talked us through a few of the snags they identified. I worked from home the same day and they were not intrusive at all and we were able to just leave the surveyor to do their thing.”
