“Daniel from Homesnag is going a fantastic job as he had identified all the hidden problems in this home before the 2 year warranty expires. Dan is very professional and detailed in writing his snagging report which is straight to the point and easy to read and follow. I am more than happy to recommend Dan to anyone who just moved to a new home or even has been there for 18 months like me. I am so glad to have this report which helps me to be in a better position to speak to the builders for the genuine defects and have them all fixed in one go!”

“HomeSnag were really knowledgeable and professional from the first phone call with Dina, the quick and responsive emails with her and Naomi and the extremely thorough survey conducted by Marius followed up so quickly with a very detailed and helpful snagging report. Not only am I delighted as a buyer but even the developer found it helpful to have such thorough feedback so they can better monitor the work of contractors and the site manager. An excellent service all round and great value for money, thank you.”

“Home snag were great Dave was professional and knowledgeable and explained to us of his finds straight after he had finished his job he sent over his findings quickly via email and we ordered and received a hard copy promptly with photographs of all his findings which was easy to understand great professional company .”

“Selected Homesnag based on the reviews and level of expertise. From the initial contact with Dina through to the inspection and report by David the comms have been first class. The report was very indepth and highlighted issues I would never have found. It also referenced the relevent standard against each snag which made it easier when discussing. Paid £20 extra for a bound copy which will be used as reference for reworks/comments. Strongly recommended.”

“Almost at the end of our 2 year builder warranty I felt a fundamentals survey would be best being done to ensure no.major issues had been overlooked. Simon was knowledgeable and explained clearly some of the issues he had come.across. We then received a detailed report which, showing NHBC guidelines alongside issues found for us to forward to our builder for resolution. We are fortunate that our builder has good standards but there are several.issues (some more significant than others) which this survey has highlighted”

“We were pleased with the work carried out by Simon on Friday 10th January 2025. He was very informative and thorough. We received the Snagging Survey just a couple of days later, which was in-depth, and we are currently working with the developer to resolve the survey findings.
