“The surveyor arrived promptly during the arrival window they provided. They explained the process really well and opened with discussion about the site so far and what snags we’ve already raised and if they’ve been addressed. They also talked us through a few of the snags they identified. I worked from home the same day and they were not intrusive at all and we were able to just leave the surveyor to do their thing.”

“Excellent service throughout. Dina was very helpful and knowledgeable, and Daniel done a thorough and fantastic job at the property. “Very quick response time from having the house snagged to receiving the report. Daniel was very thorough and efficient and helped to identify issues that we most definitely hadn't noticed ourselves. Easy booking process as it was online and could easily see pricing. The report was laid out nicely with snags reported in each room with pictures so easy to identify. Would recommend HomeSnag.”
