“The employee who was originally arranged was sick and could not arrive on the same day, but the company in your place quickly arranged another employee to come. There are only a few imperfections, so I wasted my two mornings. In the end, I also gave it to me A discount is rewarded.”

“Easy to book. Snagging surveyor, Mr. Moore is very professional and very detailed. We received the report one day after snagging. Report is easy to read. Issues are highlighted according to the seriousness of defects. We shared the report with developer and asked developer to fix all the issues listed asap. We will consider the re-inspection a year later. Thank you.”

“HomeSnag did a very thorough survey on our new build house, finding many issues that we would never have found ourselves. This service should be an essential part of all new build purchases as developers can't be trusted to deliver what they promise. Would definitely recommend and use again if I ever buy another new house.”

“HomeSnag were very thorough, their report well produced with photos and explanations when needed. I thought their red, amber, clear system helped with giving an overall idea of what they found and what needed the most work. I also appreciated the findings being in an Excel file as well as pdf so we could organise the findings. After I received the report I sent it to my home builder and they have acted on fixing issues using the report. Very happy with the service and results, made buying and moving into our new home easier and gave us peace of mind going forward. Thank you!”

“Would higly recommend. Extremely pleased with the thorough report and photos from Daniel who found 186 items which needed attention, some of which were extremely concerning. Report was forwarded to Builder and Solicitor which gave me professional backing to deal with the problems. Money well spent with HomeSnag and will consider a Reinspection visit from them to confirm things have been attended to correctly. Buying a house is the biggest thing anyone will do and HomeSnag definitely earned their fee.”
