“The Administration staff were excellent in advising of the pros and cons of each type of snagging service operated by them. This company is the only Rics approved organisation which offer snagging. The surveyor who visited was very thorough and personable. I would highly recommend. Was willing to help with technical queries once the report was published. The developer was pleased with the report as each issue was cross referenced to the building regulations.”

“The booking process was extremely easy and I was informed the day before what time my snagger would come. David arrived at the time specified and was extremely thorough, a lot more snags than I thought. David explained throughout what he was doing and then gave me an overview at the end. Could not recommend high enough”

“We decided to use Homesnag due to their excellent reviews, and we were not disappointed. “Don’t hesitate, just book Homesnag! I’ve just had a survey on my new home and the service was impeccable. From initial call to Naomi on the customer service desk to ask questions what was the right survey for my circumstances and she couldn’t have been more helpful. Then on the day of the survey, Marius visited the house, a very thorough survey and such a polite and professional manner. Fully recommend Homesnag, they should be proud of the service they offer”
