Billy, who conducted our survey, was friendly, clearly incredibly knowledgeable, on time, and ultimately produced a really comprehensive but easy-to-grasp report, with multiple formats that will make life a lot easier for us. We’d never have known a fraction of what Billy managed to identify with an expert eye, and feel confident that we can now share a detailed snagging list with our developer.
