“Valerija did an extremely thorough survey of the apartment and seemed to cover everything. Her attention to detail was commendable and the report HomeSnag issue is very clear per room of the house, complete with photos/videos as evidence of the issues found. The report was sent to me the next day after the survey took place which was fantastic.”

“Didn’t meet the inspector but seemed to be nice and really thorough. Called to introduce himself the day before and gave a plan of action. Then communicated on day of inspection and called to discuss findings prior to sending report in case we had any queries. All in all great service and would highly recommend and use in future (if needed)”

“It was my first time hiring a snagging specialist. With all the workload that moving house brings, we decided to delegate spotting issues to someone properly qualified. “Very easy process. Team turned up, did their report extremely thoroughly. I am a first time buyer so don’t really know a lot about the NHBC regulations, the team managed to go through everything with a fine-toothed comb and I have sent the report back to the developers who have to remediate everything on the report as part of the agreement. The report gave me great peace of mind knowing that I have not been taken advantage of. 10/10 would recommend.”

“Booked HomeSnag online (quick and easy) for peace of mind for my new build property. Lee arrived, and proceeded to work efficiently and expertly. He was very happy to answer any questions that I had (a lot, sorry!) and worked thoroughly around the property whilst being very respectful (I was working from home at the time) I received the snagging report 24 hours later which was clear and well presented. Lee spotted both major and minor issues, and captured them in the report. In summary, I couldn’t recommend HomeSnag enough. Great work, great people. Thanks again!”

“If you’re about to move into a new build, HomeSnag is definitely worth considering. They do a thorough job checking everything, from big issues to little cosmetic problems that might slip through the cracks. The team is super professional but also easy to talk to, and they make sure you understand exactly what needs fixing. The report is detailed, and they’re quick to answer any questions you have. Great service, great value – definitely worth it for peace of mind before you move in!”

“We have just used HomeSnag for a full snagging survey on a new build property and have been extremely impressed with the thoroughness of the report, which arrived 3 days after the survey. We undertook our own snagging but the survey completed by Valerija (Val) uncovered a lot more issues and defects than we had not spotted. The report breaks down everything room by room and externally and highlights significant issues as either amber or red depending on urgency, as well as more minor/cosmetic issues. We also found Naoimi and Dina in their customer service team to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly and contactable by phone, which is a rarity these days! Thank you!”
