“Very happy with HomeSnag. The surveyer arrived on time, was polite, knowledgeable and professional and spent a few hours going from top to bottom of the house. One key item found (that we wouldnt have been able to see ourselves as he had camera on long telescopic pole) was evidence on standing water on the flat roof which had caused a leak. We did spot some items he didnt but overall the report was comprehensive and we are now using it to get items closed out with the developer. Recommended.”

“Great service, highly recommend for any New build property. The stand out difference from most other companies are HomeSnag are qualified Surveyors, the report produced even includes the revient regulations. Now the developers are making good the defects listed and we are entering into litigation with the one major concern, which due to HomeSnag I would have never I not even noticed. detected.”

“5 stars all round! We first heard about Homesnag from the tik tok videos they share online. Their videos were so helpful when choosing what sort of package we would like to do. I spoke to Naomi who was so helpful and brilliant on the phone. She listened to our concerns and troubles and helped us with the next steps so everything was a swift and easy as it could be. She updated us when needed and stuck to her word when it came to contacting us which made everything feel at ease. Marius completed our home snag survey and this was fantastic. How the form comes to you is so easy to understand and read. We are so impressed with how in depth they go and everything they found which you wouldn’t even think about. We highly recommend homesnag if you are looking for a home snag company to complete a snag on your new home. There has never been a moment we regret our decision and it was worth the money. Thank you to all at home snag for your work, help and guidance.”

“We recently used HomeSnag for an inspection of our kitchen extension, and I was very pleased with the service. Dominic was professional, courteous, and very approachable throughout the process. His assessment was calm, balanced, and clearly explained, which gave us confidence and clarity in understanding the condition of the work. The report was detailed and well presented, highlighting key points in a clear and objective manner. Overall, I found the service to be thorough and reassuring, and I would not hesitate to recommend HomeSnag.”

“2.5/5 - gent that came round was very polite and professional and got to work straight away. Had a small chat with him and gave the impression he knew what he was doing. He found a few snags I had missed, which were potentially useful ones to get sorted sooner rather than later, so this was good. Unfortunately, a few things did disappoint about the service. Firstly, he refused to carry out an inspection on anything that was not installed by the developer. We had a few things installed by a separate company: flooring, build in wardrobes ect that were not checked. I was unaware this wouldn't be checked and felt like I had paid for a full house survey, not just what the developer had done. This may or may not be standard practice but I certainly wasn't aware and a little disappointed. Second, on the report it was mentioned a few areas weren't checked as I had boxes in the way or a mattress ect. At no point was it mentioned that it wouldn't be inspected, this should have been told to the customer. Also he was here for 3 hours and at no point asked me to move anything, which would of taken 5 minutes, so he could inspect behind it. Disappointing that I've paid to have this area inspected any it's been missed for such a little reason. Thirdly, a few snags were missed that really shouldn't have been: 6 chips to wall tiles, yet none mentioned on the report, ACO drain by front door had a 5mm chip in it - missed, 25mm chip in the concert fence post - missed, a 30cm+ cut across the bottom of a door frame missed? And a few others. In total I feel like I paid a premium for a full service but only received half of what I was expecting. A shame really.”

“I have used Homesnag for both my Pre completion and Fundamentals Surveys. My surveys have both been undertaken by Frazer. The reports were clear and comprehensive. There were a couple of minor points to clarify which Frazer undertook expeditiously. The Admin and Support Managers are fantastic and very easy to deal with. The bookings for my surveys were made at one time and a couple of months before the completion of my house and 12 - 18 months before the Fundmanetals survey during the defects period from the developer. I've had to revise the date a few times so that the majority of defects and costly defects were completed and could be checked. This has meant lots of friendly calls and discussions with both Naomi and Dina. Thank you both for your help and patience. I was able to highlight any concerns prior to the Fundamnetals Survey so that these could be included in the survey or both parties had a clear understanding why they were omitted. Homesnag have certainly added value and allowed managing my defects to become less emotional, providing objective evidence of any issues. I'm a construction industry professional and would not hesitate to recommend or use Homesnag again”

“Dominic who conducted our PCI survey was brilliant. Great detail on the report and sent same day as conducted. Also very detailed responses to some of our questions via email post report. Admin team were helpful and attentive in particular Dina who was patient in explaining the different surveys they provide. Genuinely would highly recommend this company.”

“Valerija did an extremely thorough survey of the apartment and seemed to cover everything. Her attention to detail was commendable and the report HomeSnag issue is very clear per room of the house, complete with photos/videos as evidence of the issues found. The report was sent to me the next day after the survey took place which was fantastic.”

“Didn’t meet the inspector but seemed to be nice and really thorough. Called to introduce himself the day before and gave a plan of action. Then communicated on day of inspection and called to discuss findings prior to sending report in case we had any queries. All in all great service and would highly recommend and use in future (if needed)”
