“Very quick response time from having the house snagged to receiving the report. Daniel was very thorough and efficient and helped to identify issues that we most definitely hadn't noticed ourselves. Easy booking process as it was online and could easily see pricing. The report was laid out nicely with snags reported in each room with pictures so easy to identify. Would recommend HomeSnag.”

“A big decision as to whether to employ an independent snagger? I did for a new build and found it very reassuring. The report covered the important main services and the small dents, scratches and unsecured! I think it is an important part of the house buying process so would recommend them.”

“Daniel from Homesnag is going a fantastic job as he had identified all the hidden problems in this home before the 2 year warranty expires. Dan is very professional and detailed in writing his snagging report which is straight to the point and easy to read and follow. I am more than happy to recommend Dan to anyone who just moved to a new home or even has been there for 18 months like me. I am so glad to have this report which helps me to be in a better position to speak to the builders for the genuine defects and have them all fixed in one go!”

“HomeSnag were really knowledgeable and professional from the first phone call with Dina, the quick and responsive emails with her and Naomi and the extremely thorough survey conducted by Marius followed up so quickly with a very detailed and helpful snagging report. Not only am I delighted as a buyer but even the developer found it helpful to have such thorough feedback so they can better monitor the work of contractors and the site manager. “Home snag were great Dave was professional and knowledgeable and explained to us of his finds straight after he had finished his job he sent over his findings quickly via email and we ordered and received a hard copy promptly with photographs of all his findings which was easy to understand great professional company .”
