“HomeSnag were extremely helpful throughout the process. Due to our own error, we booked the wrong appointment for what we were looking for and were promptly called by office team. They explained the situation and gave us some time to consider our options. We chose to go with a post completion survey. Dominic conducted our survey and was friendly, professional and knowledgeable. As we were at the property during the survey Dominic spent the time to explain what he was doing, why and if there was anything of note. We felt the property was thoroughly and fairly looked at. Snags were not put on the list for the sake of it, but we felt even the smallest details were not ignored. This impartial assessment was great for us as well as our relationship with our house builders who also positively commented on the list they received. If you’re considering employing the services of a snagger we would only recommend HomeSnag. Professional, friendly and knowledgeable they made a stressful process easy.”

“I was a bit unsure about spending the required amount for the inspection, after buying a house every penny counts. The snager wad very nice and polite, replying to all my questions and did everything so I could have the full report within the 7 days. Am very please, will defo recommend the company.”

“David explained the process to us clearly on the morning of our snag visit. Detail in the resulting report that was emailed to us was great, it made things easy to read and understand. Many issues were picked up that I would never have found by myself so well worth the investment. Having an independent snag report to share with the site team at our new build took the hassle away from doing one myself. Knowing that things have been checked against the relevant building regulations gives added peace of mind. Would recommend HomeSnag to anyone who is not well versed in the snagging processes”

“Thank you for your initial advice and fantastic service. Thorough survey, report provided within 24 hours highlighting snags that we would not have easily identified ourselves. This allowed us to provide corrective actions to our developer to start to address before we moved in. I will be in touch for the 12/18 second snag. Thank you”

“Great service starting from the easy booking process. The surveyor (Harrison) arrived on time equipped with all of the necessary equipment. He was respectful of our home, he removed his shoes and made sure he is careful while working. He was very thorough and courteous. His report identified many key issues that I would not have noticed on my own. The report was thorough, well presented and easy to comprehend. They also provide an Excel sheet including all of the issues for ease of tracking. Excellent service overall. This is the second time I instruct HomeSnag (and Harrison) and it will not be the last. And one more thing, they charge very reasonably for the service provided.”

“Dominic was very professional and courteous and did a great job. He completed a thorough inspection of our home and took the time to show and explain some of the issues he found to us during the inspection. The report issued following the inspection was very clear and easy for the developer to understand.”

“The post-completion survey undertaken for us by HomeSnag was very thorough and identified over seventy issues which we had overlooked in our own snagging. The report helpfully highlighted those considered to be urgent or significant. We now have assurance that our house was (thankfully) well built on the whole plus the evidence to take to the builder's Customer Care department for the resolution of the residual issues.”
