Easy to book. Snagging surveyor, Mr. Moore is very professional and very detailed. We received the report one day after snagging. Report is easy to read. Issues are highlighted according to the seriousness of defects. We shared the report with developer and asked developer to fix all the issues listed asap. We will consider the re-inspection a year later. Thank you.
