“The product what I received it's in very poor quality and very poor manufacturing. The product it's not painted how it's writed in description. I'm not happy at all.”
“I made a purchase but they didn't send me a confirmation email, after a few days they sent me an email to review it, I was indignant considering that I hadn't received any confirmation email and hadn't even received the item, I got worried and decided to send an email to Home Done to complain, finally they ended up sending me the order number, a few days later I receive a message from Vida XL saying that they will make the delivery, through DPD on 1/18/2023, which I did not understand very well considering that I had made the purchase at Home Done, and finally I received the item, when I opened the box I found the styrofoam all torn apart and stuck to the furniture, I had a great deal of work to remove them, when checking the furniture I realized that the furniture was falling apart and one of the drawers was damaged, I returned it the same day they said they would send me an email with the details of my return so far I have not received anything, I sent an email again to complain they also did not respond to me until now The. I don't recommend this site because if you have a problem with the item they simply don't want to know.”
“Sadly the coffee table was very poorly made out of cheap light orange box wood. The staples on one side did not even go into the base of the tank and large gaps and chips. For something that was supposed to be discounted from over £200 to £159 it’s not even worth £40. Very disappointed with this poorly made product.”
“Terrible service. I still don’t have my sofas after being promised a delivery date between 13th and 20th December. I’m then told my delivery has been booked for 27th but nothing arrived. Then told the 29th and yet I’m still waiting.”
“Buying wardrobes from Home Done has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying furniture. It’s as though they pick delivery dates out of a hat. It took several emails and phone calls at least 3 times a day for a week before I finally received delivery of the wardrobes, only to find one of the mirrored doors was smashed. They had charged me £338 for fitting on top, but failed to disclose that the delivery staff were not going through fit it. I had to wait another 2 days on top of the already delayed delivery, for the fitter to come. Luckily the fitter is my witness that the door was broken on delivery. But I now have to wait for the Door to arrive. Home Done are terrible. I highly recommend potential customers to buy their furniture elsewhere.”

“Home done are trying to charge me a delivery fee because of a missed delivery. When In fact
Delivery was not attempted as no one approached the concierge desk or bothered to call up when they arrived. As previously stated, I had prepared and notified concierge 24hrs before said delivery. CCTV cameras showed them pull up outside my building, take pictures then leave.
I have yet to receive my order.”
