“2 issues. 1) When I ordered the door, Doordeals said it would be 5-10 days’ delivery, so I changed to my home address. They then called to say it would be 2 days, and what they had meant was up to 5-10 days. This makes no sense, a simple up to 10 days would suffice.
2) I purchased an external door - so was surprised to find on the door a note saying not to expose it to rain or sun! The need for a huge 1.5m porch was never noted before. External doors should be capable of being on the outside, anything else is just incorrect. I have decided to keep it anyway, as my back door is partially protected.”

However they hadn't even confirmed with the courier that they should expect to receive the goods. All I get is a message to say 'parcel is being prepared'”

“Can't fault the product, it was a retractable sunshade that I purchased.
It is great quality and easy to fit. The downside was if took almost 5 weeks to arrive!
I don't know why, but I was starting to think that I'd need to start the refund process.
