Buying wardrobes from Home Done has been the worst experience I’ve ever had in buying furniture. It’s as though they pick delivery dates out of a hat. It took several emails and phone calls at least 3 times a day for a week before I finally received delivery of the wardrobes, only to find one of the mirrored doors was smashed. They had charged me £338 for fitting on top, but failed to disclose that the delivery staff were not going through fit it. I had to wait another 2 days on top of the already delayed delivery, for the fitter to come. Luckily the fitter is my witness that the door was broken on delivery. But I now have to wait for the Door to arrive. Home Done are terrible. I highly recommend potential customers to buy their furniture elsewhere.
