“I thought my settees were getting delivered on Monday but they came on Friday, the 2 men said they could take my 2 leather chairs and my settee away for me but it would cost me 80 pounds I didn't have a choice but to pay them ,that was all the money I had, apart from that they were polite”

“Whilst the wardrobe is nice, the delivery and assembly part of the service is seriously lacking. I was let down on numerous occasions where I had sat in waiting for it to be delivered, only for no-one to turn up. This was also the case with the fitters not turning up when they promised, leading to me also sitting in all day waiting to no avail.”
