“I ordered a table and chairs,it said on your website table and two chairs,so I ordered another pair of chairs to match ,I paid someone to put them together, this was not for me but for my daughter so I was not there when the boxes was delivered our put together, what did we have a table and six chairs, you need to check your website ,as I would not have added an order for another two chairs,the boxes were torn apart.
The delivery message I had one day even though I gave my daughters mobile number,I don't live near my daughter ,so why didn't you message her about delivery arrangements.
Anyway fast delivery , table and four chairs look great , but she has two chairs that she has no use for and no room ,and needn't of been purchased........
Cannot give reviews on wardrobes as they have not been delivered and put together yet which will probably take a few more weeks ........”

“The process of ordering and receiving our confirmation emails was fine. However, when we were having problems receiving the product was the issue. Contacting the Home Done team was simple and straightforward but trying to then have a contact for the delivery company in order to re-arrange the delivery (because they had cancelled) was a huge problem because they also didn't have the a contact which made things very difficult and caused the process of receiving our goods much longer. I definitely think this should be looked at closely for a better customer experience.”
“The heavy item could not be delivered on a day I was home, therefore I had to lift the large awkward and very heavy glass item on my own. Not the best idea when I am only 5ft as is the unit. UNBELIEVABLE!!!”
