“The chair arrived damaged, I sent a message and pictures over the last three days. They just tell me I have to wait for the vendor to come back to them. I’m not happy because this is clearly a damaged product.”

“My first order never arrived they said it had been returned to the depot. I decided the quickest way forward was to cancel the order for a full refund and reorder a new one to save confusion/quicker way to get the item. I have now received the item but they have accused me of refusing delivery for the original cancelled item. They are now charging me £38 by deducting it from the refund this is a disgrace and will never use them again. I will also discourage people to use the website I am deeply annoyed with the way I have been ripped off and accused.”

After loads of chasing and complaining a new one was going to be sent then they delivered the original one, which was dented and the sensor part didn’t work! A complete waste of of my time and money avoid this company unless you enjoy stress!”
