“WARNING avoid home done. If i could give minus 5 i would do. I thought that I was buying a new sideboard! When it arrived you could tell that it wasn't new. The boxes were ripped and very badly taped up. You could tell straight away that it had been used before so it was second hand. Home done refused to replace for a New sideboard after repeated emails to them. If I wanted a second hand sideboard I would have gone on ebay or gumtree. So now I am stuck with a £190.00 second hand sideboard that is not even fit to be used as a rabbit hutch. I feel like I have just been robbed. Never buy from home done.”
“Rubbish! I'm sat for over a week with a damaged delivery and non customer support. I'm waiting for a full refund and getting ignored. Your phone's go unanswered and you emails are just fob offs. Your not getting even a 1 star from me.”
“Shocking customer service. You send me an item that is nothing like advertised. I request a refund after confirming everything you asked , and still no return planned. I literally took the item out of the box, noted colour was wrong and put it back in the box.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! The delivery men refused to assemble the sofa (even though it was supposedly included in the price) they told me I had to pay an additional £40. As a woman on her own I had little choice but to pay. As they were driving away I noticed they’d attached two of the legs incorrectly. I called the guy back immediately but he told me I’d have to put it right myself. I reported this to Home Done over two weeks ago. They’re conducting an ‘investigation’. All I want is my £40 back. But so far, nothing despite calling and emailing them multiple times. The sofa itself looks nice - but two of the seat cushions are much harder than the chaise long part of the L shape - there’s no ‘give’ in them at all. Home Done assured me they will soften - but given their customer service in rectifying the delivery charge, I have little faith in them.”
“Don’t touch this company with a barge pole . Wrong items delivers on two occasions and no communication and no explanation . Promise you all sorts but just fob you of . No chair delivers first time round and wrong foot stool . Second time chair did come with no cushions or casters and again no foot stool yet no explanation and never get back to you”

“I received my order in a broken and damaged condition. It is absolutely unacceptable to waste £140 on a kitchen cabinet made of hard cardboard instead of wooden shelves. Consequently, it is impossible to place any plates or cups on it, as they would break the shelves. This is not a wooden cupboard; it is merely a large cardboard cabinet. I requested a refund, but they informed me that they would replace the damaged parts. However, everything is damaged, and I wanted my money back. Unfortunately, I have not received any response from the Home Done company. I do not recommend them at all.”
