“Incredibly disappointed with my experience of Home Done. My order was due a month ago, but am yet to receive it. The courier says they never got it, and I've called 6 (six!) times and emailed 5 (five!) times only to be fobbed off with excuse after excuse. I have requested my money back several times as I don't believe I will ever get my item, but they point blank refuse.
Unfortunately, I work in the industry and know how fly-by-night middlemen and drop ship vendors operate. I regret ever dealing with them and would urge anyone else to shop elsewhere.....”
“Worst Company I have ever dealt with in UK. I have tried to purchase a couch where 133 pounds left my account. I took it on Klarna finance and the couch has never been delivered. It is 7 weeks since the orders and I am still trying to receive my refund of 133 or get the couch I have financed. I finally went to a charity shop to buy a couch because I waited 7 weeks to receive one in my new apartment, so now I’m in an ongoing argument to receive my refund and have no where about of where the couch is or what depot is delivering it. They can’t even give me the name of the depot or the delivery company. FRAUD AND SCAM . And I will continue to slate this company wherever I can because I have never had to deal with this in the UK.”
“Do not buy anything from Home Done the customer service is appalling , they claim that you have 30 days for a return and refund and once you receive your item and if you are not happy with it, they will tell you something different.
They are not even prepared to make any commercial gesture or gesture of good will.
The quality of items is very poor. I would not recommend Home Done, the it is the worst I have encountered so far”
“Swing delivered on the day as promised but on opening the package found (part of the swing damaged part number C). I am in the process of trying to get a replacement part.”
“Don't buy from this company. Have to keep ringing them for a return, then eventually get a delivery time and had to pay £33.60 to return it. They said it has taken a week to recieve my return, even though it was their own carrier, who picked it up and threw iit into the back of the van. Even though it has FRAGILE all over the box. Now they are saying it has to be inspected which takes another 5 days Still no refund and I could have returned it myself cheaper. This has been ongoing since 3rd January nearly a month and still no refund. Absolute cowboys”
