“The delivery time of the project was markedly longer than initially indicated; the courier arrived without notice and of the 3 boxes only 2 arrived. The third took a further week to arrive. Phone messages were ignore; responses to emails were at best sporadic. We got there in the end but an email claiming the third box had been damaged in transit was untrue - the tracking information demonstrated that the third box hadn't even been loaded. The prices are competitive, but you get what you pay for.”
“Easy to order but 2as not told anywhere that the chair would arrive in a box for self assembly. Instructions are vague,fittings are weak. Absolute nightmare.”
“Poor communication from Home Done when delivery was late. Was promised an update and didn’t get one. Instructions for wardrobes were awful and had to wing it half of the time. Only some of the parts were numbered making us have to guess what the others were. Very vague pictures and the quality of the wood isn’t great at all. Pretty flimsy to be honest and not finished well. Will never buy from this company again. Don’t give yourself the hassle!”
“Latest estimate for delivery was Wednesday. It’s Thursday and yet not even with the courier let alone delivered. Emailed Home Done and no response. Not impressed so far. Hope the product is worth the wait.”
“I ordered a shed from Home Done for £170 which was delivered promptly, however having paid by PayPal I find that Home Done have been paid an additional £5.81 out of my account for using PayPal. Despite disputing this I have yet to receive a refund from Home Done or a satisfactory explanation as to why they have received the extra payment from my account”

“Very disappointing with my purchase. Looks bigger in picture when arrived it has hardly enough storage draws are tiny just about fits what needs to go inside. Didn't return only because I already half built and didn't want to unbuild and packaging was damaged so just kept the item. You have to build in order to see what's its like. Delivery time good that is all.”
