“Ordered set of 6 grey drawers and received a tall mahogany unit. Was asked for online signature prior to delivery, then the driver would scan bar code which was sent to your phone upon delivery. This never happened, the driver left the unit outside door so no one was able to accept delivery or check stock, I have now got to try and get refund but customer service apauling,. Avoid this company!”

The plastic brackets dont look to be very strong to support the hanging rails.

“I ordered two bedside tables on 5th February they were delivered on the 8th to a completely different address( have photograph proof) they won’t refund me because they say they’ve been delivered, but that is not my fault and I’m the one suffering and £300 down at the moment ! Thank you for the images. Provided the item is in perfect, resaleable condition and no fitting has been attempted, I can confirm it is eligible for return. Please note a return charge of £189 will incur. Once the item has arrived back, it will be inspected and the order will then be cancelled for a refund less charges.

I don't recommend this site because if you have a problem with the item they simply don't want to know.”
“Sadly the coffee table was very poorly made out of cheap light orange box wood. The staples on one side did not even go into the base of the tank and large gaps and chips. For something that was supposed to be discounted from over £200 to £159 it’s not even worth £40. Very disappointed with this poorly made product.”
