“Big thumbs up to Home Done. Sofa delivered on time and I was kept in the loop at all times. The sofa seating is a little firmer than I anticipated however that is not a problem. I have got used to that and and infact have come to prefer the feel. The deliver guys were great and I am delighted by the overal experience. Highly reccomended.”
“I have never purchased from this company before. The item is built and suits my kitchen well. However, the courier who delivered the box was less than helpful. The box was extremely heavy, 31kilos the chap, who could barely speak English refused to deliver to my apartment on the 1st floor. I had to pay someone to do it. He was worse than useless, he would take it no further than the main building door, I had to shuffle it inside. While I'm very happy with the product, the delivery people are shocking!!!”
