“Order never arrived within the estimated delivery dates (still haven’t received) No communication from the company about when it would arrive. They were impossible to get ahold of, no-one answers the phone. Sent me tracking information for someone else’s order including personal information. No compensation or good will offered. Will never use again and issues will likely never get resolved. Do not use.”

The sofa was to big looked totally different than the pictures, I am askin for a return and the smaller version, two days later I am still waiting for a response.

“Putting my order in to Home Done was very easy and my goods arrived within a 5 day period. So I would definitely give your company 5* for this process.
However the items I ordered were not suitable once I opened the first box, and now that I am dealing with the After Sales Team I will have to reserve judgement until they actually contact me. I called to say that I would be returning the items (both items are the same product) but so far they haven't replied to my emails or my telephone call. I trust that once the After Sales people actually do reply to me that I will find their department as efficient as the Sales Team.”
“Item arrived in poor condition. Very rough edges, chipped wood and cracked all down one side of the table which would of crumbled when put together. Requesting a refund but not heard back yet.”
“The dimensions of the sofa described did not make clear that the corner sofa came in 2 pieces not 3, so was innitially sent back as could not fit, to cancel order read the small print £169 to cancel the order , or for slightly less i could pay to have it remade as 3 pieces, talk about stuck between a rock and a hard place,
Also a footstool was pictured with the order online, with the option to have a fixed stool, or one that opens for storage, nowhere online did it state that the open storage stool would be a completely useless different item than was photographed online, much smaller than pictured and with zero padding making it useless as a footstool.
Do NOT use this company, their customer service and returns policy are entirely unreasonable.”
“The shoe bench arrived quickly, but there was no communication to let me know that it had been sent and when it might arrive. The bench is as described, and is just the sort of thing I needed. But the wood is very lightweight, the finishing is very basic, and I am wondering if it will prove to be robust over time.”
“We had awful experience with this company. We had to wait for more than 2 months for our delivery. When we tried to contact Home done - we were very often were unable to get through on the phone. When we decided that enough is enough and wanted to cancel the order - we have been threatened then with extra charges despite that the company was at breach of contract. Avoid!”

“Had never heard of Home Done before was a little apprehensive but they were great- I had a query and they answered quickly and had no issues. Delivery company were great too and kept us informed as to when our sofa would arrive. Will definitely use again”
