“Can't fault the product, it was a retractable sunshade that I purchased.
It is great quality and easy to fit. The downside was if took almost 5 weeks to arrive!
I don't know why, but I was starting to think that I'd need to start the refund process.
I'd use them again, but with different expectations.”

“Ordered a bed nearly two months ago and it is still yet to arrive. Contacted Home Done six days ago who found that their courier ‘had a a problem with the address’. If there was a problem why didn’t they contact me? The problem obviously wasn’t that bad as they immediately resolved it and now it is on its way. Apparently. Still haven’t got it though. Paid for it though. So where is it? Six days and counting since second contact. Though their usual delivery time is 7 days +or- 3. Very slow even this. Especially if it ends up being 10. This is likely a problem with their third party courier service Yodel. But Home Done have a responsibility to manage this effectively and they’ve failed in this. It shouldn’t be up to me to have to chase them if there is a ‘problem with the address’ In these days of next day delivery two-months and counting is a great disappointment. Especially on a high value item like this. Won’t be using again. Yodel tracking has been saying 'about to hit the road' since the 23rd July :(”

The tracking number provided is invalid and the delivery is now beyond the timeframe given to me upon purchase 2 weeks ago so I have no idea where my purchase it.
