Delivery took three attempts, I made sure I was home every time. I contacted Customer Services and they just repeated the tracking information. And then when I finally got the item, while I was putting it together I realised there were a number of damages, but I had already unpacked it so I have just kept the item but Iām really disappointed with the whole experience.”
