“Product quality is very bad. Easily chip off from different parts. On delivery discovered one of the part was damaged. When contacted they said it will take another 3weeks to arrange the broken piece.”

Google searched and came across Home Done. With reasonable cost of the wardrobe, I contacted customer support and enquired if they have fitting service, which they did at an extra cost.

“Ordered a Chicago Sliding Door wardrobe, which came after 6 days, ahead of the estimated delivery date. Unfortunately, instead of lifting the boxes, the delivery drivers chose to push the heavy delivery boxes on our wooden floor, which left scratches. The assembly was relatively straightforward following the drawings provided as a pdf. Unfortunately, one of the main screws was faulty, which I only detected during the assembly, so had to contact Home Done via email and I am awaiting a replacement screw. The end result looks great, though!”
“Bad service at the end don’t be fooled.. wardrobe came with scuffs chips dents and uneven joints. Even the sliding doors don’t shut even they look wonky. They will blame you for everything and won’t take accountability. Once you open it you are pretty much screwed and have wasted your hard earned cash. They will make you pay for every part that is faulty because you opened it. Scam don’t say I didn’t warn you.”
