“Ordered wardrobe. It arrived ok . Two guys arrived in an unmarked white beat up transit style van , no uniform and unprofessional looking. They were pleasant enough but poor representation of any business.”
“Constantly messed around with the delivery, never got a phone call back even when promised on and email, still awaiting the sofa I ordered nearly 20 days ago and now now sitting 6 days past the delivery time frame whilst still awaiting a delivery date”
“Do NOT deal with this company. Promise delivery between 2 dates. Delivery does not happen. Query delivery and told it is only aproximate dates. Then told delivery is to made on particular date and if you not there to accept delivery extra charges will be incured for redelivery. Waited entire day for delivery and then messaged by one of worst rated delivery companies YODEL that the parcel was an attempted delivery and calling card left to call driver. HA HA HA
No driver was here or attempted any delivery to my address and obviously could not call driver as no card left at address he should have delivered to.

“Poorly made, not as described. Contacted numerous times asking for clarification, replied saying they would get it sorted a few times. Haven't heard anything back in 6 months !

“morning Rachel,not to happy with the delivery the box was damaged he did not knock on the door just left it my ramp rail as you know because i emailed you and told you i am in a wheelchair he was gone by the time i got to the door i had to wait untill some one came to bring the box in slight damage to the corner on one side no instrutions so overall not a happy buy
