“The service was very good but the purchase was for furniture that was flat packed. When I came to put on the final door I was a hinge short! So annoying. I reported the problem and it has been acknowledged... just not sure how long it will be before the missing piece is forwarded to me.

“Sadly the coffee table was very poorly made out of cheap light orange box wood. The staples on one side did not even go into the base of the tank and large gaps and chips. For something that was supposed to be discounted from over £200 to £159 it’s not even worth £40. Very disappointed with this poorly made product.”

I ordered box shelves and they got damaged in transit and Home Done phoned me to let me know and emailed me a similar product to decide if I'd be happy with that one instead. They weren't far off from the original size we ordered and so I agreed and they arrived today. I cannot wait to assemble them. Thank you so much for such great service thus far.
