“I received 40 cm shorter speakers' cable than what I ordered and paid for. Since I measured extremely presicse (inbuilt cable channels), that created a problem and now I must buy a new cable. Speakers should have been sent out on Friday but were sent on Tuesday without me being informed about the delay ahead of time - irrelevant issue, they had to restock them. DPD is never a courier sevice I would select. Delivery price to Croata was very high but at least, they delivred speakers to Zagreb, Croatia third day in the morning - suprisingly quick and excellently made boxes were in perfect order.”

“Smooth transaction and delivery however a little more equipment knowledge by the salesman would have saved me some money as I asked his opinion on suitable speaker cable (which I went ahead and purchased) for the speakers I was buying but he failed to tell me that the speakers came supplied with cable.”

“Very good service. I ordered a Bose Bass Module, which is a great piece of kit - accompanies my Bose Soundbar 500 and Bose Surround sound speakers. My order came within a few days by private courier. The price was £100 cheaper than the Bose website x.”

“RECIEVED PART OF MY ORDER ON TIME AND AN E-MAIL INFORMING ME THAT THE SECOND PART WAS OUT OF STOCK BUT DUE IN AFEW DAYS. i RECEIVED THE SECOND PART THE DAY AFTER IT WAS DUE IN STOCK. I THINK I SHOULD HAVE HAD THE E-MAIL SOONER THAN HAVING RECIEVED MY FIRST PARCEL AT THE SAME TIME AS THE E-MAIL”

“Great price, disappointing that the next day delivery wasn’t quite next day as they had to wait for the stock to come despite it showing as in stock. Meant a trip out to my DPD parcel collection point as there was no one in on the day it got delivered”

“I was very pleased with the service given by this company. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there is some confusion over timescales if you want banana ends fitting to connection cables. Maybe it could be made clearer on the web site that this adds a 24 hr delay in sending out the order. All other aspects of the order were dealt with really well and it’s good to be able to speak directly to the team.”
