“Almost flawless victory with one exception. The record weight clearly shown in the advertisement is not included. Also shown un the literature that comes with the system. It's disappointing that an accurate picture is not presented as the indicative article.”

“Helpful and knowledgeable people. I bought a ortofon bronze cartridge. Unfortunately the cartridge got lost in the delivery process. They have reimbursed me for the non delivery. I wouldn't hesitate to use the services of Home AV Direct in the future.”

“Had a small issue with the wrong model sent out to me - this happened twice and after kicking up a fuss as it would have been over a week the time I would have received the correct model - they brought it to my house personally that night and swapped it over ! Well done Vee - good customer service - shame you dispatch team let your company down twice before you stepped in to sort what would have been a disaster”

“Bought Sonos arc. Very competitive price which was on offer so thought why not. On a Sunday bought via website, and received emails confirming transaction and was awaiting another regarding delivery( As stated). As it was next day delivery expected it on Tuesday and to be fair it arrived that day. But from Sun to Tues AM nothing confirming this was the case, or that it had been dispatched. Checked website and it had gone up in price so had some reservations as to what was happening. Tues AM DPD confirmed delivery. So all fantastic with the exception of order status update and what was happening. Slight improvement in comms and the next rating will be 5 stars!”

“Ordered a vinyl player and speaker system for a Saturday delivery on friday. It didn't arrive on Saturday, but home av direct followed it up it arrived on Wednesday and then refunded me the £15 I had paid for Saturday delivery. Though I will say that they probably would not have done this unless I had prompted them. Overall though decent service.”

“I would have given 5* but the item I’ve ordered was not in stock. In the web site it was showing as in stock. I was disappointed. But have refunded the full amount back.”
