“Placed order and two days later order had arrived. Very pleased. Only point is that I received an email saying my order was complete presumably when the order despatched but there was no tracking information. I placed the order as a “guest” so I created an account but there was no way to link the order to my account. Would have been good to be able to track the delivery. But as I said, it arrived very quickly anyway.”

“The price was lower than competitors but the service was very good. There was a slight delay in delivery but that was the fault of the carrier not Home AV. I would certainly use Home AV again.”

“It was so refreshing and, it has to be said, suprising that a supplier does everything they promise This is the first time I have used Home AVG Direct but it won't be the last. The pricing is competitive, the delivery swift and good communication throughout. What more can you ask for?”

“I can’t praise the company highly enough. They spared no effort to resolve my problems with a product, none of which was there fault. I dealt separately with Rob, Shane and Mos. All of them demonstrated a genuine commitment to me, the customer and they are a credit to the company”
