“Bought a Marantz CD player from AV Direct and was very happy with their service. The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they use DPD, by far the worst delivery company ever. They messed me about terribly, wasted my time and lied about me not being in etc etc, and I got it days later than specified.”

“I'm very happy with the speakers themselves (Focal Aria 936K2 ) ex demo so can't put less stars. The packaging however was not good both boxes were ripped and the gloss speaker is scratched. They should have been better protected”

“I'm very pleased with the service. Quick and easy delivery within a sort space of time, and of course a competitive price. My only concern is the Bose pa once un-boxed had condensation on it? This doesn't seem to have affected the system, but a concern nonetheless. My experience is packaging usually comes with a moisture bag which absorbs any moisture? This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5”

“Customer service is excellent, always someone available to talk to when seeking advice. The only criticism I could mention was on delivery. The items arrived on 3 different days so I had to keep phoning to find out what was happening regarding the items, eventually all the components arrived safely & in good order.”
