Delivery as stated, item in good order as described. Disappointed that there was no case with it, being a special edition, and no other cases match. Also I registered for a discount before I bought the item, which was not applied. I shouldn't have bought on a Sunday.

I'm very happy with the speakers themselves (Focal Aria 936K2 ) ex demo so can't put less stars. The packaging however was not good both boxes were ripped and the gloss speaker is scratched. They should have been better protected

I'm very pleased with the service. Quick and easy delivery within a sort space of time, and of course a competitive price. My only concern is the Bose pa once un-boxed had condensation on it? This doesn't seem to have affected the system, but a concern nonetheless. My experience is packaging usually comes with a moisture bag which absorbs any moisture? This is the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5

Found the purchase of my speaker so easy there web page was easy to navigate Also the price was one of the lowest I found my product was delivered exactly when they said it would All in all great service

Customer service is excellent, always someone available to talk to when seeking advice. The only criticism I could mention was on delivery. The items arrived on 3 different days so I had to keep phoning to find out what was happening regarding the items, eventually all the components arrived safely & in good order.

Easy to deal with and order items through. Only thing that let them down from my perspective was receiving a dispatch notification with my tracking number. I had to dig into the website to find out when my item was arriving.

The Bose sound at remote control arrived promptly and works perfectly. The only issue I have is there was no paperwork, invoice with the product. If the remote need to be returned I had no proof of order, price or where it needed to be returned to.

Great speakers. Very good price. Next day delivery got delayed by DPD, without any reason given, which let's the purchase experience down a bit when ordered from this company as I knew I'd be home the next day!

I ordered Triangle BR03 speakers. They arrived but it appears the courier dropped the box so they were damaged on the corner. So I talked to someone on the phone. They directed me to send an email with pictures so I did. I talked to 'Vee' via email, who offered me £35 partial refund initially. So I asked for £50, to which they replied with £45 is what they can do, but that's not good enough, so I asked for a replacement, to which they replied with we can do £50. I felt a bit slighted and messed around with. I don't feel £50 was worth it, so I asked for £100. To which they responded with a message about how they'll sort it the following week. I called on opening day and spoke to Dips, who was lovely, and he informed me that they do not have a replacement on hand and he would have liked to get me, new speakers, so I asked him what's the best they could do, and he said £70. I was happy with £70, and he was very empathetic and compassionate when speaking with me, something I did not feel was the case with Vee. Overall I'm happy with my purchase, and ideally, I would have liked the speakers to be pristine on arrival but waiting a few weeks for a return/replacement is a hassle I do not want to go through. I do not understand why Vee did not initially offer me the maximum partial refund possible, I don't like nor understand how when I asked for £50, they tried to haggle with me, instead of just accepting, leading me to become more upset feeling slighted and having a damaged product. I feel that Dips made up for it because otherwise I would have just refunded the whole thing and got them elsewhere. A Lesson in customer service is to be learned here somewhere. I am happy overall and may decide to purchase from HomeAV again. I felt (at the end) taken care of and respected.

Av Direct are very responsive. They are real people and reply quickly to a message. Their prices seem competive so there are no downsides to good customer relationships. Delivery was very prompt and met their claimed delivery period
