“Great service provided by this company and the product was/is really good and I'm very pleased. I'd have given them a "Very Good" rating had their website been clearer as to their opening times over Christmas as I think it seemed to suggest that they were open on Boxing Day but that the online orders were not open until the following day which meant that I was expecting a delivery a day sooner but I am happy.”

“The costumer service is perfect, i got my delivery SUPER fast, but the product came with some marks inside the glass and if you look right to the glass you can see some scratch inside too. It's not a huge thing but if is a new product is better be more careful. tks so much”

“I ordered a QTX QX12PA Portable USB SD PA which was delivered the following day. Unfortunately, it failed to charge up the battery and I contacted Home AV. They immediately arranged a replacement and pick up of the defective unit which duly happened. I found it a good piece of equipment and the after sales service good compared to others I have dealt with. Thank you.”

“Overall the service was good, although I did make a request over the phone and by email that the speaker cables I purchased would be posted with the speakers, and they weren't, which delayed me being able to set them up for 4 days. They were apologetic but didn't offer any special recompense other than posting them as normal.”
