“I ordered a black Sonos sub that didnt arrive. I rang to be told it was out of stock and would I accept a white sub. I agreed, and it was delivered with the wrong power cable. To be fair though the support was good and the issue was well managed with both replacements arriving next day.”

“Pads arrived as when stated. The sticky rings required to fit them to my headphones were not in the box but customer services were very quick to arrange for these to be sent out to me. These have not arrived yet but it’s only been two days since my email to them so they should be with me by the end of this week.”

“After a slight hiccup with the order, just one of 2 items in stock, delivery was very good & am very pleased with the speakers. It would be helpful if an email advising out of stock items to follow could have been sent and account details updated accordingly. Understand these are not normal times so accept this might normally be the practice.”

“The product is perfect and exactly as described. Delivered on time and promptly even in these current circumstances. We had interest free credit which was quite cumbersome having to upload photographs of id; never experienced that before. That bit was less easy. However we would use again as price was competitive and service excellent”
