“When I had to call on it to revise my address details, telephone support was fast and efficient with a very friendly and helpful chap at the other end of the line. My order arrived in line with expectations and the Sonos Connect I bought at a sale price has put life and fizz back into my ageing hi fi unit. A very nice piece of kit. Thank you.”

“Would have got very good but there was a problem with my delivery this was down to them it was Bose later delivery to Home AV Direct so instead of one day delivery It took four I had to phone to find out what was going on they should have informed me there was a problem”

“Very pleased with the service. Delivery was quick even although it was during the pandemic. The prongs on the plug did not align with the socket but when I phoned them there was no problem and I’m waiting on a replacement arriving. Would not hesitate to recommend them.”

“Good service & fast delivery ... especially in the current climate of the Corona lockdown. The turntable (Pro-Ject VTE) is as eye-catching as I hoped but also works beautifully. The speakers (Kantu YU-4 - which the team recommended) were more than I was going to spend but are worth every penny. Would recommend you guys & use again.”
