“First class service, I had ordered the Pro-Ject T1 + Kanto Yu6 Active Speaker Bundle, and because they were out of stock of the turntable, someone telephoned me the day after I submitted my order online (yes they actually called me!), and offered an upgraded model at no additional cost to be delivered two days later. The bundle was already offered at a very competitive price. Amazing service, I am so pleased that I didn't purchase my item elsewhere.”

“Ordered equipment got a delivery date. Took a day off work. DPD didn’t deliver. Spoke to shop who didn’t call back. Spoke to shop. Still didn’t call back. Asked to cancel order 4 days ago. Haven’t heard anything since.”

“The product that I received is not the one I ordered. I attached photos of the product shown in your website and the one I received. They are different solutions and packaging. I contacted customer service for a refund or exchange but they ignored my request and replied it was the correct one.”
