“Item works perfectly, they were nicely packaged and delivery was quick. I did not receive a tracking number however, or an email that confirms that the item had been dispatched. Which would have been nice.”

“Placed order and two days later order had arrived. Very pleased. Only point is that I received an email saying my order was complete presumably when the order despatched but there was no tracking information. I placed the order as a “guest” so I created an account but there was no way to link the order to my account. Would have been good to be able to track the delivery. But as I said, it arrived very quickly anyway.”

“Only ordered a bed settee for the spare room. Delivery is 11-13 weeks so I cannot comment any further. I would have given 5 stars if the wait time had been less.”

“Dealings with this Home AV had been good. Ordered the theatre system which turned out to be it unsuitable for the room m, so returned it within 2 days although there was a longer wait for the refund it was within the 14 day period - Communication could’ve been better. But under the circumstances with Covid and it being the Christmas period they did pretty well. I would’ve used them again but they didn’t have the item in stock.”
