Dealings with this Home AV had been good. Ordered the theatre system which turned out to be it unsuitable for the room m, so returned it within 2 days although there was a longer wait for the refund it was within the 14 day period - Communication could’ve been better. But under the circumstances with Covid and it being the Christmas period they did pretty well. I would’ve used them again but they didn’t have the item in stock.
