“They were waiting when we arrived, even though we were late because the wheelchair assistance off the plane didn't arrive and it took much too long to fix that and then our bags did not arrive and we had to file a report. When It was time to leave our driver arrived early, texted to let me know and to say to take our time and was very helpful with the bags.”

This took us 25 minutes as my Husband has osteo arthiritis in his hips & an as yet undiagnosed back condition (awaiting MRI results) Due to the pain caused by this long walk the first 3 days of our holiday were ruined as he was in excruciating pain. After numerous previous good experiences we were disappointed & will probably consider other options in future”
