“On arrival at usual location in Malaga Air Port we where surprised to find that we were not listed , we continued to the entrance and after a few minutes we asked a person who contacted your office and that the driver was on his way after 25 minutes he arrived and apologised for his delay. What a relief it was as it's the first time this had occurred and got us to our destination safely .The return journey was a treat .”
“This particular ride was excellent as driver was punctual and there were only a few other pick ups ups on way to airport - making it a quick transfer. Unfortunately we had to cancel an earlier one booked for another friend as pick up time was not shown and no one answered emergency telephone number.”

“Our transfer from the airport to the hotel was fantastic, the driver was very attentive and polite especially after a long flight with all members of our party tired and just wanting to get to the hotel.
However, the driver on our return leg to the airport was incredibly rude, acted like he didnt want to be there, made it as if we were an inconvenience to him and just wanted us gone as soon as possible.”
“Have used holiday taxis many times but ny recent trip may be my last time, despite giving my flight number the driver was late, parked outside of the pickup area which was a long walk for one our party aged 83, the car was old, very old and scruffy. It would have been quicker and more convenient to go to the taxi rank.”
“We had booked a private standard car and in both cases to and from the airport we had bad cars. The car from the airport to our hotel was a standard station wagon nothing special. And the car we had from the hotel to the airport was rediculous it was a 16 person van for the two of us. We did not get greeted it was a disgrace.”

“Found the driver outside of the terminal holding the name sign. Communication was easy with good English and a warm welcome. The car could have been a bit cleaner and up to date but I guess this is Morocco :-)”
