“As regular users of Holiday Taxis this was the first time we required a 01:40 pick up so were concerned about the time but this proved to be an unnecessary worry because as usual everything was perfect.”
“Drivers were fine but neither brought a booster seat and both the baby seats brought were dirty and not secured properly.
First driver was late collecting us, second driver was slightly early which was nice.”
“We have been using holiday taxis for more than ten years this was the first time our next trip abroad we will be looking around. Mainly when we arrived at Dalaman we had to wait 45 minutes for our transfer to even turn up, it wasn’t ready for us and all other holiday makers had left even the coaches, secondly I’m always getting 20 percent off emails but the price has never changed as we have checked the prices on other devices, this said the times before we have never had a problem so not sure what is going on.”
“They were waiting when we arrived, even though we were late because the wheelchair assistance off the plane didn't arrive and it took much too long to fix that and then our bags did not arrive and we had to file a report. When It was time to leave our driver arrived early, texted to let me know and to say to take our time and was very helpful with the bags.”
“Good service, had to wait a bit if time going to the hotel as I was first on the taxi but that's understandable too as the taxi needs to have numbers , will definitely use again”
