“We have been using holiday taxis for more than ten years this was the first time our next trip abroad we will be looking around. Mainly when we arrived at Dalaman we had to wait 45 minutes for our transfer to even turn up, it wasn’t ready for us and all other holiday makers had left even the coaches, secondly I’m always getting 20 percent off emails but the price has never changed as we have checked the prices on other devices, this said the times before we have never had a problem so not sure what is going on.”
“They were waiting when we arrived, even though we were late because the wheelchair assistance off the plane didn't arrive and it took much too long to fix that and then our bags did not arrive and we had to file a report. When It was time to leave our driver arrived early, texted to let me know and to say to take our time and was very helpful with the bags.”
“Good service, had to wait a bit if time going to the hotel as I was first on the taxi but that's understandable too as the taxi needs to have numbers , will definitely use again”

We were dropped off on the main road outside the Mediterraneo hotel with no directions from the driver on how to get to the Europa apartments. When we queried this drop off (had previously been dropped off/picked up at the roundabout which is a 2/3 minute walk) the driver
Said nothing & shrugged his shoulders. As we had visited previously we did actually know where to go. This took us 25 minutes as my Husband has osteo arthiritis in his hips & an as yet undiagnosed back condition (awaiting MRI results) Due to the pain caused by this long walk the first 3 days of our holiday were ruined as he was in excruciating pain. After numerous previous good experiences we were disappointed & will probably consider other options in future”

On April 30, 2026, I flew from Istanbul to Dalaman and was met by a young man. I drove in his electric car, completely alone, as if I'd booked a private transfer. But I only paid for the shared transfer, and that was especially pleasant. The driver drove me very carefully, even pointing out some interesting places in Fethiye along the way. I was very pleased! “Excellent service. Used from Larnaca Airport to Protaras. A few minutes from exiting the airport building, and we were on our way. Dropped off right at the door. Coming back was just as good. Driver arrived early, but waited for us o be ready. We would definitely use them again. A fantastic service.”
