“Horrendous. Got in transfer at midnight. Did not leave till 1.35 am. Screaming child , waiting as driver had no communication. Nearly took as long as the flight from UK”
“The transportation itself went well, the drivers were professional. But one serious problem: on the way out, I asked the driver when the pick-up from the hotel for the return trip was - the driver replied that they would send me a text message one hour before the pick-up. That text message never arrived on my phone. When the bus arrived, my wife was in the shower, had to interrupt it in a hurry and we were on our way. That text message notification is important, as the hotel check-out was already at 12:00, the flight was not leaving until 19:55, so the time frame was very long.”

Second time used in NYC. they seem to use individual drivers/cars so quality a little variable but all still good. good direct communication from drivers in advance also which was helpful. we made a late change to a booking and it was handled efficiencly. have used service in other parts of the world and recommend holiday taxis.”
