“Price wise, the transfers were competitive compared to others and local taxis.
However, despite paying a little more for a 'Private Premium SUV' the actual car was a little disappointing for both journeys. I wouldn't class a Toyota Prius as a 'Premium SUV' compared to what you see on the roads in the US. I feel little short changed for what we actual got.
Also, it seemed that the supplier agent in the US had sub-contracted to a company based in mainland China and communications was a little frustrating at times. The return to the airport was brought forward due to traffic concerns, despite there being none and left waiting over an hour to check-in at the airport.
This experience would make me think twice before booking again.”

“Wurde vorab genert, dass ein Kindersitz nötigt ist, obwohl ich einen gebucht hatte. Am Ende war es ein Minibus ohne Kindersitz. Der Fahrer auf dem Rückweg fuhr unfassbar hektisch, sodass einem schlecht wurde. Während der Fahrt machte er ganz of den Motor kurz aus (!!!).”
