“The transfers went very well although communication was not the easiest. There is no possibility to contact via WhatsApp or email. On arrival I had to call Spanish number as I couldn’t find their location. Afterwards the shuttle left pretty quickly and didn’t have to wait too long. My hotel could call them on local number to check my pick up and it was right on time. I arrived well in time at the airport for my flight.”

“Booked a 'Private Premium Minibus' with Holiday Taxis but the driver did not wait for the allotted time as per the Holiday Taxis terms and conditions, and had left by the time we had got through Biometrics and Passport control. I then had to arrange my own transport (so I have had to pay twice) to get to my destination. Complaint made, but I have now been waiting for over two weeks for Holiday Taxis to respond. I have requested a refund but I have received no response. Most of the comments on here are about the service they received from the taxi company abroad. Remember when things don't go to plan Holiday Taxis did nothing to help me. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company.”
“We paid extra for the Premium Shuttle to save time but ended up sitting on a hot coach for 45 minutes waiting for it to fill up. Definitely not worth the extra spend; however, the coach was easy to find 😊.”

“Was waiting for 1h15m between presenting myself at the transfer desk at the airport and the transfer actually leaving the airport. I was expecting a maximum wait of 1 hour. Happy with the price I paid thanks to a holiday taxi promotion.”

After landing at Faro Airport on time and going through the passport controls etc we waited exactly as they had instructed at the pickup point by the exchange point opposite the entrance. We watched carefully to see but no driver for us turned up after carefully checking everyone coming in through the main entrance. So we called them, and they assured us that a driver would be there in ten minutes. Again we carefully watched everyone coming through. Still no driver. After another 20 minutes we called them again and were told that the driver had already left and that we should order another taxi and claim a refund.
At no point did any holiday taxi driver come through the airport entrance. Disgusting.
On the return journey the driver didnt come to the designated pickup point which they had told us to wait, we almost missed this transfer too. He was also very rude and uncommunicative. Avoid at all costs, Uber is much better and pretty much the same price.”
