Also yesterday for the transfer from Hotel to Airport. Thats not oké.”
“Arrived on flight from LHR on time and got through passport control and bag pick up quickly. Got to arrivals hall at ca 19.40. reviewed all of the names on display and then went specifically to column 4 as per instructions - driver not there. Called the driver number on the Holiday Taxi link but got through to another individual who gave me an alternate number. Tried that 5 times but no pick up. Then went to TMT desk at column 2 and they advised me to call Holiday Taxis direct. Lady there contacted driver and he was outside in vehicle. Suggested I use tracker link to find him. Did so but that brought me to normal taxis. Returned inside to arrivals hall and called Holiday taxis again - whilst waiting to connect driver finally arrived with name. At this stage 1 hour later than I originally arrived”

“The communication and timeschedule upfront is good, but when we arrived we neede to wait almost 1 hour in the middle of the night due to 2 people they couldn't find. That was ore then annoying and they should have arranged a taxi for them and take the rest by bus.”

Found the desk easily, clear instructions where to go outside, waited about half hour before setting off and journey took 50 mins to Cala D’or.
Return journey on time and took after other pick ups, another 50 mins to get back to Palma.
Coaches were clean and comfortable.
No hesitation using again.”
