“Le service n'était pas au point... il y avait une petite voiture à notre arrivée au lieu d'un bus comme prévu ,le chauffeur n'a même pas signalé par avant qu'on serait à 4 et qu'il ferait un stop pour déposer le couplé...le combler a été le jour du départ nous avons finalement payer un taxi parceque ils se sont trompé d'heure de notre départ
...pourquoi demander les détails du vol si ça ne sert à rien...pour moi il u à une désorganisation ....ils auraient dû nous laisser prendre notre uber ou bolt encore mieux ...foutaises pourtant j'ai payé 150 euros ...”
“Long wait arriving a 17.00 getting on a bus pretty quickly only to be to to get off as bus was full, and being told we would have to wait 15 minutes, but that wasn’t true after phoning twice we eventually left the airport at 19.33. Not impressed. This review isn’t to get a reward just the service needs to be improved.”
“Holiday taxis were not there. A lot of confusion as to who was taking us to the Hilton. St James service had no name placard and their agent appearing confused and providing very little info. This was not helped after 10 to 15 minutes of waiting an emergency evacuation happened added to confusion. Eventual driver was pleasant and professional. If Holiday taxis has no presence in Barbados. I should have been informed.”
“I missed my first transfer so that one doesn’t count. However my transfer back to the airport was more than 30 minutes late forcing us to take an uber instead. Won’t recommend or use again, I’ll just use uber.”
“Our appointment was lost. We waited for 45 mins. We did not get a private car as requested. We were put on a mini bus. There were several cars just sitting at the airport while we waited. This was an inexcusable error on Holiday Taxis. I even asked several times why I had to wait as there were vehicles just sitting there!! And then I had to ride a bus.”

“Not a pleasant journey, we pre booked 2 cars seats and none were in the vehicle, the driver was driving at 140 kph in a 90 zone but that wasn’t the problem he was so close to the vehicle in front of us if that car would have stopped at any time we’d have been wiped out, was not a comfortable journey was so concerned for my families safety.
Having said that the return journey was very pleasant”
“The taxi was at the airport on time but difficult to find as very busy and driver couldn’t leave his taxi.
There was a language barrier as the driver was Chinese as was his controller and didn’t fully understand us. Also he took us to the wrong hotel in Manhattan and said that the controller had said I had changed my order which I had not! I showed the driver the confirmation letter which clearly showed the address of hotel supposed to go to. At one point because traffic was heavy the controller suggested we walked but we had 5 suitcases and 4 cabin bags between 4 adults so had no intention of doing that. We were in the cab for about 2 hours until got to our destination. Very frustrating after an 8 hours flight.”
“Our start to the Christmas markets in Copenhagen didn't go according to plan as our booked driver/car was not at the airport waiting for us, we were well within time limits as plane arrived a little early.
After numerous phone calls to both the British and Copenhagen offices we were finally sent a normal street taxi (small and dirty)to take us to our hotel Not the luxury Mercedes or equivalent that I had booked, still waiting to hear back from holiday taxis about claiming back a partial refund as car was not what I had paid for and was very disappointed with whole experience of the arrival to our festive break.
The return journey went to plan and I have no faults there.”

“Taxi to los gigantes perfect
Taxi from los gigantes was very late. We were down early and waited an hour. We phoned a local taxi to take us to airport.we were a bit apprehensive as holiday taxis didn't turn up for our daughter last December”
“Driver was pleasant and helpful with luggage but was not at the meeting point on our arrival (10 minutes late) we had to phone him and the drive from the airport to the hotel was frightening. On exiting the airport and the motorway section he drove very fast ( way beyond the speed limit) wherever he could and was looking at his phone. Driving in town where roads were very busy was more controlled.”
“I was happy with the directions to the desk in the airport, the friendly team and driver, however the vehicle was very disappointing. It was a private transfer and I was the only person on a BeniConnect bus with seats removed. Embarrassing, very strange and not particularly comfortable. The return pick up in a hatchback was fine, but I will hesitate to use you again or recommend.”
