Taxi was not waiting for us when we arrived at airport and we waited around for the driver to show up. Return journey was great (driver on time and clean vehicle) so experience was a mixed bag.

Late again by 47 minutes, emergency number and agent number did not work, really bad communication. Then when I did get to the chat line I was told to book another car or taxis to get me to the airport. But I had no money left! Luckily holiday taxis came. This caused me anxiety and stressed me out.

Dropped off at camping Benidorm when it should have been camping Villamar. It was raining and we got very wet walking to Villamar reception. My partner has difficulty walking and was in some pain. Asked the driver to go to Villamar reception but he refused. Not sure we will use this company again.

The taxi from airport to resort was good but the return trip was a major issue as 15 mins before the taxi was due I had a phone call to say I would have to make alternative arrangements to get to the airport as the taxi was not available and they did not have a replacement. However they have agreed to settle my claim to refund my extra costs.

Easy to book online with prompt email of holiday voucher. Return pick up from holiday was punctual, polite driver Pick up from Cancun airport to hotel was poorly organised. I had booked a private transfer, but had to wait 15 min after a long tiring journey. The company reps were not clearly visible at the airport exit. Having paid more money for private transfer, I had expected better service. The holiday voucher said the reps will be holding signs for easy identification & the taxi will be waiting for us as we had provided the flight details.

When we arrived the taxi man was late and he got lost getting us to our hotel and then coming home they where early pick up time was 12.50 and they where at 12.15

Driver was on time and friendly but put us under pressure to pay a tip during the journey and when we arrived at the airport. We explained we only have a 50 euro note and would like 40 euros change. When we gave the 50 euros he said only had 20 euros change, so took a 30 euro tip!! As we had a plane to catch we let he matter go but felt a little aggrieved at these tactics. Moral of the story, make sure you have change for any tip you want to give your driver.

The booking process was great, and the price options were very fair. Pick up and meeting arrangements at Corfu airport were also fine. The problem was with the return trip - the coach was 40 minutes later than the advertised time, which caused a lot of stress, especially as it was impossible to contact the local emergency number, which went to voicemail. Emails were not responded to either. We had literally just ordered a taxi when it turned up, which luckily we were able to cancel without charge.

Tr?s mauvaise exp?rience ? l'arriv?e ? l'a?roport de Lisbonne, certes notre avion avait du retard, mais vous deviez le savoir... Tr?s mauvaise organisation, nous ne savions pas ? qui nous adresser pour avoir des informations ! Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour enfin avoir notre v?hicule qui nous a emmen? ? l'h?tel. Rien ? redire pour le retour et la prise en charge ? l'h?tel.

I ordered a private car,but on arrival at the airport I was given a voucher and told to get a taxi outside.This is not what I paid for.I could have joined a taxi queue without booking it through you

When we arrived we were quickly shown to our bus. We then sat there for an hour. It would have been great to be told we had to wait for another flight to come in, we could have had a walk, lunch, toilet etc we then had a further 1.5 hours travel so was a long time on a bus. On the way back we were the first to be picked up, we were still 2 mins from our hotel 45 minutes later due to all the pick ups. Other than that all was fine. I?ll arrange a private transfer next time.

The cost is very low in comparison to other firms. The transport is comfortable and drivers are always polite and helpful. The down side, is lack of communication with each other within/behind the scenes, which have resulted in me not being picked up twice in one year. Once was from Malaga airport last September (my flight was delayed by 3 hours but they'd have been updated) it was 2.30 in the morning and I was a lone female traveller, so felt vulnerable. The second time was from my hotel in Palma, last week ( pick up venue was amended but the driver wasn't informed) So in a nutshell, it's been bit of a shambles! ?????

Greeting on arrival was excellent - driver waited outside arrivals hall with a banner. Pick up was chaotic. Car arrived 1 hour late. Had to call local number to find out what was happening. They then had to locate the drivers. Why couldn't they use text messaging to keep us informed? Worrying to be kept waiting - don't want to miss flight home although, to be fair, the given pick up time was too early.

Pick up from airport was great friendly driver loads of space,pickup from apartment to airport was very poor.I had stated on the booking we had 4 cases,but the car that came could only fit 3.The driver then said we would have to have a larger car which we would have to pay more for. So we had to have 1 case on our knee in the back.

The actual rides to and from the airport were fine! But finding out my pick up time was not as simple as before( I?ve used your company many times) how ever many times I tried to do it online which I have done before I ended up having to make a phone call to find out but not sure why?

Il fornitore in loco Mts Globe Cyprus all'andata ha sbagliato indirizzo dell'hotel e ho dovuto insistere per fargli capire che la struttura non fosse quella giusta. Al ritorno ci ha fatto attendere mezz'ora, cos? ho provato a telefonare e la telefonata di 10 secondi mi ? costata oltre 4 euro.

The service was worth the money, but the comfort on board was variable. 45 minute wait for the minibus to be filled with passengers from different flights. No overhead luggage would fit the shelf provided so small suitcases on our knees. Return coach very punctual with suitcases down below, alas no aircon, so hot 28C ride to the airport with a full bus load of sweating passengers. You get what you pay for I suppose.

Was easy to book, however when we got to our airport and found the desk we were directed to another desk to get a voucher that could?ve been given at the first office to then go and stand in the taxi queue with everyone else who hadn?t booked to wait to get a taxi that was pre booked and paid for, seemed pointless booking in advance which we did as we were travelling with a child to make the process simple and avoid waiting around which we still had to do disappointing I?ve never had this before and use you more than once. The return journey was great picked up at the time and location on the booking and taken back to the airport which was excellent and what I expected.

The bus was on time from airport to tossa de mar and back again,unfortunately the bus was short walk to the bus terminal at the airport,and we were dropped off at tossa main bus station as the bus didn't go to the hotel as we thought,this wasn't explained to us when we booked,only at the airport bus terminal by a lady courier in an orange shirt,we had to take a photo of a map showing us which way we (a family of 4) had to walk with our cases to our hotel which should have been approx 7mins but took us longer as we meandered the streets asking where the GHT costa brava hotel was, also another elderly lady was dropped of the same with no idea where to go!! we now understand Tossa de mar does not allow big coaches into their small streets but this should have been explained at booking,so i hope travellers read this before booking at Tossa de mar as your bus only goes to main bus station and they should prepare a route map to their hotel for when they arrive at the dead of night like us.
