“We were held at the airport on arrival at Krakow due to passport control. The driver contacted me on a few occasions but had to go without us after an hour. The delay was totally beyond my control, he refused to ring his office to get alternative arrangements made and just kept saying he had to go. We rang your office in the UK for help, who also dismissed us and said they couldn’t help.very very disappointed and angry as we had to find our own way to the hotel at extra expense. Can you offer compensation please? The Return driver was on time and very polite”

“Taxi driver was nice and friendly, however because the vehicle he picked us up in was too large, he dumped us at the side of road,indicated where to go,then left.Took us ages to find hotel as much further away than he said.I even gave him a tip”

“I had booked a private mini bus for our transfer. We were met at Malaga airport by our driver who was in an estate taxi. He said that was what we had been assigned.”

“Al jaren zeer tevreden over Holidaytaxis, maar dit jaar ging het helaas mis bij de heenreis. Chauffeur was ons vergeten af te zetten op onze bestemming in Costa Calma en ondanks opmerking van ons reed hij verder naar het zuiden in Fuerteventura. Op de laatste afzetbestemming daar werden we ´n aantal uren later op onze eigen bestemming afgezet door ´n klein busje. Reistijd 3 uur! Terugreis perfect zoals we gewend zijn, keurig op tijd, prima chauffeur.”

“After finding the pick up point at the airport no transfer was available. Eventually a driver was found it’s wasn’t a nice clean posh taxi as expected it was a full size coach. I think it held about 68 but only myself and wife and the driver was on it. Not very good for the carbon footprint. It got to our destination though. Our return trip was fine although I had to ring the emergency number as I had had no contact as it was late. The staff on the emergency line were very helpful and our driver was around 20 minutes late. I would use you again and I would recommend you. You health with the problems very well Thanks so much”

“We have used Holiday Taxis on a number of occasions using an agent at the airport. However this time, the agent had been changed and they had no record of our booking. The issue was resolved fairly quickly, but it caused a bit of stress, especially with us wondering if the return transfer would appear on time at our accomodation. As it was the return transfer arrived on time.”

“The pick up from the airport to hotel was not great, we had paid for a mini bus as there were 6 of us but a car turned up. The driver was very apologetic and stayed with us until a minibus just happened to be at the airport so we thank him for that. Going back to the airport was good, good driver too”

“Unfortunately the M23 was closed so the driver suggested to go another route which involved going down narrow country lanes and at high speeds. I understand that he meant well but it was an uncomfortable ride that I would not do again.”

“Transfer going was very badly managed got to our rep who told us to wait 10/15 mins for other travelers then took us outside yo wait another 15 mins then walked us across to bus departure point .. no need for all this also on return driver dropped is a half our walk away from terminal we were departing from totally in acceptable will not use this company again”

“The ride from Izmir ADB to our hotel was excellent. No waiting time and fast transfer to our hotel. The contrast with the ride to Izmir ADB could not have been greater. 4 stops in other hotels, in one stop we had to wait the driver who smoked a sigaret outside. And before arrival the bus stopped at a gas station where the driver bought something in the shop. We arrived at the airport at the same time as our friends who left the hotel 40' later than us.”

“Less stars because of long wait . Initially told me pick up time of 12.10. Ridiculously early for 16.45 flight. Then I received a phone call to change it to 11.45. So I arrived about 11. 35. Car arrived at 12.20 . So why was it changed. Nearly 5 hours at the airport much too long.”

“Good service. Drivers polite and efficient. The first driver had to wait a while at Palma airport! I would recommend. The only thing I would say is we received no confirmation about the return journey. The telephone number provided for the service provider was always engaged. They turned up so in the end no problem. I can’t complete below for return journey communication , there wasn’t any. The driver from the airport text to see where we were and the Company e mailed to say driver would be in arrival hall.”

“Easy to find rep, unfortunately due to the inadequatcies of other arrivals to find and receive directions they were not found till over an hour which made the driver very late in setting off for a 50 mins drive. He was very good tho and put his foot down as much as he could. Hence after a 0050 landing I arrived at my accom finally at 0230 am...looooong day! Tip to passengers. Go straight to your rep on arrival!!!!”
