“Driver was a little late and it was not possible to contact Holiday Taxis abroad. The bot kept saying you can not make a claim until you have called number but could not call number because abroad and disabled roaming as a lot of people do.
All I wanted to kinow was where my transfer was. In the end the Hotel owner rang and transfer did arrive a short time later.
In any case I was not trying to make a claim , I just wanted to know where my transfer was but its not possible to make contact so becomes stressful. It would be better if they had human chat or messaging and not relying on bots. The problem is time is limited when returning to airport and if there are no means of contact and not updates when transfer is late then it causes stress.”
“DRivers wre on time. OK experience except for return to airport I was picked up and dropped off more than 2 hours earlier than needed to be . Result 4 and a half hours waiting in Dalaman airport.”
