“Holiday taxis were not there. A lot of confusion as to who was taking us to the Hilton. St James service had no name placard and their agent appearing confused and providing very little info. This was not helped after 10 to 15 minutes of waiting an emergency evacuation happened added to confusion. Eventual driver was pleasant and professional. If Holiday taxis has no presence in Barbados. I should have been informed.”
“After waiting over an hour at the airport the driver decided to drop off at every hotel in Fuerteventura before depoythe remaining customers at the Castillo Beach Bungalows despite these being the closest to the airport. Not happy so wouldn’t use Holiday Taxus again in Fuerteventura for that reason.”
“Mijn vlucht was geannuleerd kwam 1 dag later aan met andere airline en was vergeten dit aan te passen. Master Travel Service kon dit bij mijn aankomst aanpassen en zowel heen als terugreis transfer prima. Ook goed dat er tijdens de transfer niet wordt gevraagd om een fooi, deze mag je wel zelf op eigen initiatief geven. Kortom ben zeer tevreden.”
“I missed my first transfer so that one doesn’t count. However my transfer back to the airport was more than 30 minutes late forcing us to take an uber instead. Won’t recommend or use again, I’ll just use uber.”
“New local firm being used and took a little while to find new desk but otherwise good trip. Always worth booking a transfer in advance when arriving at Tenerife South as always busy and can be a long wait at the texi rank.”
