“If I could provide a lower rating I would. I have never used such a disorganized and unreliable service. We were never met at the airport when we arrived and no one showed up at our hotel to take us back to the airport despite 2 confirmations with HT the day before. We were late for our flights and had to pay for a taxi.
And no one answered the emergency number either time.”
“Booked to be collected at Villa Flamenca Nerja but company changed pick up point. They said bus could not come down road as one way and two big , Rubbish, the bus was a small schuttle bus and other companies, ie. TUI collect passengers in huge coach at Villa Flamenca. The changed pick up was on a main road and the bus would not have bern able to wait even a minute if we were delayed as no space, Villa Flamenca road is much quieter and there are parking bays!!! Their second pick Up at Verana Azul was not there and they waited 10 minutes, this would not have bern possible where they picked us up. Also all our previous bookings we were picked up at Villa Flamenca. I have problems walking and as the company refused to amend our pick up, we had to get a taxi to new pick up point. Never again will we use this company. This experience has bern very stressful.”
“Upon arriving at South Terminal
After going through passport control which was a nightmare (of which you a probably aware of), I had difficulty locating your desk/ taxi. Everyone I asked told me to go somewhere different.
Instructions where not that clear.
I did miss a phone call, however I did arrive at your desk 5 mins later. Where I was told that the driver would only wait 60 mins and had now gone and I had to go and find myself another taxi at an extra cost. I felt that the desk were not that helpful - just told me to away as there was nothing they could do. This was very stressful.
I do understand your policy, however 60 minutes is not enough time to get through passport control with the new entry regulations, where the 60 minutes starts from the time the plane lands. It would have been helpful if a message was left on my phone to go to Desk 36”
“We are a couple in our 70s, we booked a transfer from bahia fantasia in golf del sur to airport South in tenerife, on the morning we were told we would have to walk to alua Atlántico, i complained but was told it would cost me 50 euros to get a private transfer. Why did you take payment for a booking you couldn't provide? With no offer of a refund!!!”

1. Last minute notification that the shuttle would not stop at designated drop off point. It would now be nearly 500 metres at bottom of very steep hill. For someone with reduced mobility and a heavy suitcase absolutely impossible and uncaring. Was forced to take a taxi.
2. Having to wait over 1 hour, which exceeds your maximum waiting time with no apology or updates, shows a complete disregard for your customers.”

Primero nos cambiaron el vuelo de ida y no nos quisieron cambiar el servicio, por lo que perdimos ese dinero y tuvimos que contratar otro taxi en el aeropuerto, a nuestro cargo. Este servicio del taxi en aeropuerto fuera de esta empresa mucho mas barato y con un vehiculo fantastico, el chofer excelente y amable.
A la vuelta la furgoneta una wolkswagen en la que no cabian las maletas en el maletero por lo que nos la cargaron con nosotros dentro. El conductor serio y pasando de todo.
No recomiendo esta empresa para nada, mas cara y peor servicio. Recomiendo contratar en aeropuerto y despues contactar con el mismo a la recogida o en el hotel te facilitan opciones mas baratas y mejor servicio.”

Failed to collect us for our return transfer to the airport.
Despite receiving a text message days prior telling us to be outside ready for collection at 06.35, after 30mins anxious wait I contacted them to say we were still waiting.
I gave my name on the booking as well as the booking reference number to be told they couldn’t find my reservation!
Out of sheer panic of missing our flight I had to order a taxi. €104. 🤬”
“Didn’t manage to get picked up as spent 3 hours trying to get through passport control felt like the driver was blaming me for not being able to get taxi . When I eventually got through at 21.15 and tried ringing emergency number there was no answer had to pay for Uber instead. Return journey very good.”
“I have used Holiday Taxis before with no problem but this time the pick-up did not come which left us in a pressured situation. I tried to phone given numbers but with no answer. Now 28 Days later the company have failed to refund my £93 and have only contacted me on one occasion otherwise no after service whatsoever and they do not reply to my e-mails.”

Came out of the Airport Expecting our Private Car to be Waiting,
30 min later our Private Car Arrived ?
On Return, We were to Meet the Driver at 10.40am,
10.00 He Phones and Texed that He is Waiting and the
" Roads are Blocked "
We got in at 10.20 and a Straight Drive to the Airport, NO TRAFFIC AT ALL.
Please Just get a Basic Cab, There and Back, Wish i did.”
“When we arrived at Tenerife airport we had to wait 20mins to even be seen at the desk. They couldn’t find our booking and in the end told us to go to bay 57. We turned up ant 57 and there was no bus. After 30mins A bus arrived at bay 61 who said they are taking us. So we were sent to the wrong bay. The driver then dropped us at the wrong hotel. And when I asked where our hotel was he pointed to the wrong one. We had to drag our cases to our correct hotel.
On the return transfer, again didn’t pick us up from our hotel. We had to
Drag our cases to a hotel Up the hill. Our hotel to the airport, on the map was 15mins drive (which was why we chose to stay where we did). The journey took an hour and a half.

“Out from airport to Los Cristianos. Unfortunately what we thought we had booked as a shared taxi turned out to be a coach transfer, no real issue with that, although a few days prior we were bombarded with about 6 urgent emails from Holiday Taxis who did apologise, again, no real issue.
However upon arrival at the airport, time as specified and after checking in at the transfer desk we were instructed to go to a numbered bus stop.
It's not unreasonable to accept the next bus may be 30 to 45 minutes between times.
However we waited 1 hour and 25 minutes in the direct sun and heat.
Initially no one was there to meet us but another gentleman had been waiting about 10 minutes.
Eventually a bus did turn up but the driver did not know what time it would be leaving.
By now there were many people, some of elder years who queued in the heat.
The driver said we could sit in the coach but without the air con running it was like being heated in an oven so many of us got off.
Eventually, after arriving at the bus stop 1 hour and 25 minites earlier the bus left.
Unfortunately, despite me showing the driver the hotel drop off we were dropped off at the wrong hotel and had to walk up hill in the searing heat with our bags to our specified drop off point only to see our bus pulling away from it. (driver certainly wasn't overly helpful !!! )
Completely unsatisfactory.
To balance the review, everything on the return went as planned, very efficient, very helpful driver.”
