“Used you for years , outward always good.Last 2 returns didn't turn up. 6 months ago, emergency call said sorry we are having difficulty getting coaches to Puerto, will send a taxi, ask for you by name, not there in 10 minutes make your own way, no sign , so took a taxi from same pick up point. This time I was 20 minutes early , phoned emergency number again, they lied and said I had missed it , explained I had been there 20 minutes early, zero interest. Never book the return again”

unfortunately , my review will be poor . I have booked a taxi transfer with your help - and Sharred Shuttle . has been talked 2 times to Miguel ( service representative ) and 2 times to Wasim ( service representative ) and Also made a call to the call service . My booked service should be at 10:00 AM . I have came to the port exit one and half hour before . I have searched and looked for a person with my name on a sign as was told me that will be happend . after 40min delay . I have tried all the ways to contact and unfortunately I did not get the paid Service ( has cost me 20euro per person ) I have also asked every body at the Port Exit and nobody knew about the sherred shuttle pit stop”

“I scheduled almost two months in advance for a taxi to a resort from an airport. We booked a private mini bus so we could enjoy some peace and quiet. After waiting over 40 minutes for a driver, because apparently ours cancelled we were told that private was no longer an option. We instead got stuck on a bus with children who were crying for a whole hour (mind you we paid for a private bus) and due to our wait we were assured we would be the first stop. We ended up not being the first stop which added about 30 minutes onto our commute. The the guy assisting us either did not speak English or pretended like he didn’t and act confused when we kept asking him how long it would take.”
“Was given the wrong ticket at the desk on arrival, when I got to the coach I told the driver and she got on the phone and said it was OK. Totally missed my stop so got up on the coach and told the driver who said i wasn't on her list, so I just told her to let me off and I would walk. Terrible”
“Taxi from airport to resort was a very old car. Not a lot of room and seatbelts in the back of car were broken so not safe.
Car from resort to airport was better till we got to the airport and the tyre came off of the wheel just as we were ready to get out! Dread to think of the disaster that could have been caused if this happened on the motorway whilst driving!
Cars need updating for safety and security reasons. Don’t think I will be using again as not first time I’ve had issues!”
“Shocking - the taxi was an hour late for a ‘premium meet and greet service’, leaving two small children and an elderly lady stranded in a crowded airport. The ‘luxury’ car which had been depicted as a black Mercedes E-Class when booking transpired to be a Prius taxi. Terrible, terrible experience, avoid this company at all costs and book a local company instead.”
“While were met by our driver on time and she was very friedly and pleasent, I was disapointed when I discovered that instead of the standard vehicle I ordered it was a 32 seater bus.
Not happy with this and unlikely to use your service again.

“The driver was not in the airport in 15 minutes was 30 minuts .the forget to write my name I need to cal. The car was a normal car it was not that I booked this was a rip of”
“HORRIFIC is the only way I can describe the experience I boarded the bus at 21.08
Luckily I did not have to experience the same delay as other passengers on the bus
A holiday taxi employee came on the bus and asked if other passengers could be taken to playa del ingles. Nobody objected and why would they they didn't know this was going to add additional time to their journey
I live in Puerto mogan and knew to expect a long journey but I arrived in Puerto mogan 3 hours later my flight from murcia only took 2 and a half hours
Would I use holiday taxis again No

There should have been a taxi laid on for the passengers going to playa del ingles
Or a taxi laid on for the 3 passengers going to Puerto.mogan either or.”
“Unfortunately, on arrival I was told my transfer was not in the booking system for my destination that was shown on My paper work. I was told to ring an emergency number to resolve this problem. After a long day travelling I took a taxi instead - it cost €60. Very disappointed customer.”
“We had a very poor experience with oru privare car pick up form Paphos Airport to oru hotel on 20th September. We were delayed due to having to wait for our bags and when we got to the desk we were told that we would have to travel in a minibus with 4 other people.
We had to wait for another 40 minutes beofre the taxi arrived and we got to our hotel very late.
I have complained but have not heard anything since as at 4th October.”
“We booked a transfer from the cruise terminal to the airport which was confirmed in writing as being arranged for 13.00hrs on Sunday 28/9/25. On this basis we arranged and paid £74.20 to NCL for a late check out. At just after 08.00 hrs we received an SMS informing us that the pick up time was being changed to 10.00 hrs. We immediately telephoned the company and was informed that this was the time for pick up and could not be changed. We then had to contact Guest Services on the ship to ascertain how to get our luggage and request a cancellation and refund for our extended stay. This was refused catergorically as they said it was not their problem. Essentially we are now £74.20 down and had to spend SIX hours at the airport instead of TWO and a Half. We would appreciate your comments and hopefully compensation to cover our losses and inconvenience caused.

“We were picked up at Rome airport, but could not be driven all the way to the hotel, as the transport did not have access to the city center. I had booked transport directly to the hotel since we were 6 adults and a baby. When we were going back from the hotel to the airport, the transport never showed up and we were unable to get in touch with the company.
So we had to book another transport in a hurry.”
