“I had booked a return pick up from Azul mar hotel to Palma airport at 8am pick up , I had conformation (as attached) however I arrived at pick up point at 7:45 and waited until 8:45 and no bus came for collection to take me to the airport! The hotel tried calling the emergency contact number you advised to call and no one answered !
I had to book a taxi which cost me £99 to get me to Palma airport as I was going to miss my flight as check in was 10am.
I have tried calling since returning to the uk and no one has contacted me o had paid the £38 for return transfer and had to have the additional expense of £99 for a taxi ! I was extremely upset and stressed and I have attached confirmation of the return pick up”
“Ride did not show up and there was nobody at their counter. Zero existent of customer service from their customer care team. Be prepared to pay for alternative services”
“Perfect. Instructions were clear, driver available on arrival, very short walk to car with driver giving assistance with luggage. Transfer to hotel smooth. Driver polite and charming. Fortunate to have same driver for return journey. Driver arrived ahead of time, so no waiting around. Used Holiday Taxis before and will use them again. Highly recommended.”
