“This only applies to the collection from the airport. I don’t know where I stand. Out flight was on time but it took us over 2 hours to get through border control and I know it says the driver can only wait 1 15 mins and had to go but I couldn’t get through to anyone to book another taxi and ended up taking an Uber which I had to pay extra for.
I know the border control situation is out of your control but this has been happening for a couple of weeks so I was made aware of so perhaps a little lenancy would have been nice.
The collection on our return journey was excellent and worth 5 stars”
“Booked the transfers for a first visit to Prague, good communication from arrival and departure drivers. Both friendly even with language differences. Had to wait maybe 10 minutes for arrival driver but communicated with me regards his arrival. Driver taking us back to airport was spot on time!
Could have saved around £20 with uber or bolt but didn’t know that before visiting Prague.”
“Le service n'était pas au point... il y avait une petite voiture à notre arrivée au lieu d'un bus comme prévu ,le chauffeur n'a même pas signalé par avant qu'on serait à 4 et qu'il ferait un stop pour déposer le couplé...le combler a été le jour du départ nous avons finalement payer un taxi parceque ils se sont trompé d'heure de notre départ
...pourquoi demander les détails du vol si ça ne sert à rien...pour moi il u à une désorganisation ....ils auraient dû nous laisser prendre notre uber ou bolt encore mieux ...foutaises pourtant j'ai payé 150 euros ...”

“Could not fault the service. Minibus was waiting at the airport on our arrival and left within 2 minutes of our boarding it. Very clean bus and Panikos was a very pleasant and polite driver. He was also the driver on our return journey and was at the pick-up point at the arrznged time. Problem-free service !”

A couple of comments though, on the booking page please show examples of how numbers (like phone number and credit card info) should be typed in, I had many tries to input the correct format before it worked. Also 24 hours before end of trip pickup had a non-working phone number for confirmation. I was able to confirm via the chat (real person, not bot) but considering we don't have voice plans, only data, when traveling it would be nice to have more options for pickup confirmaton.”

“This time the return was disappointing. My pick up was booked extremely early. I arrived 4.5 hours earlier for my flight. This was not necessary at all.”
“If I could provide a lower rating I would. I have never used such a disorganized and unreliable service. We were never met at the airport when we arrived and no one showed up at our hotel to take us back to the airport despite 2 confirmations with HT the day before. We were late for our flights and had to pay for a taxi.
And no one answered the emergency number either time.”
