“Der Fahrer hat mich am 15.05. vom Flughafen Tunis mit mehreren anderen Reisenden abgeholt. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Reisenden hat er mich als Alleinreisende Frau mitten in der Nacht nicht zum vereinbarten Hotel in Hammam Sousse gebracht, sondern mich mit Gepäck an der Hauptstraße aufgefordert den Bus zu verlassen. Erste Begründung: er könne mit dem Bus nicht zum Hotel fahren - stimmt nicht.2. Begründung er könne dort nachts nicht wenden: stimmt auch nicht Security hilft oder ein großer Parkplatz 20 Meter entfernt ist ideal zum wenden. Nachdem ich das gesagt habe kam: er wolle jetzt nach Hause und bedankte und verabschiedete sich damit und ich musste in der Nacht allein und mit Gepäck über holprigen Gehweg 10 Minuten zum Hotel gehen. Also Service nicht erbracht. Zurück war es wie sonst auch super und ich wurde mit einem netten Fahrer mit Bus vor dem Hotel abgeholt am 25.05. und zum Flughafen gefahren.”

The service this time was to the usual high standad.On arrival at Dalaman airport we where escorted to our taxi quickly and arrived at our hotel relaxed. Upon departure a week later, we had an email confirming pick up time, and the taxi was there to collect us 15 minutes early, which was great. Will always use this company!”
