“Great service; driver on time and it was a smooth experience all the way from arrival in the airport to my hotel.reception. Communication was by WhatsApp involving the company, the driver and ourselves. It worked a treat!”
“Transfers were good although arriving in Tenerife we were held up at passport control and only got to the kiosk a minute before the deadline. They said if we hadn't made the deadline there would be no transfer and no refund. The delay was out of our control and we need to think hard before we book holiday taxis again. Maybe increasing the deadline time would alleviate the problem as delays at passport control seem to be on the increase.”
“Transports were fine but details were not acceptable. I reserved and paid for 2 car seats. The first transport tried to charge me $40 for the car seats after I paid $24 for them before leaving. It took 10-20 mins of waiting for them to take us. On the transport back to the airport, the driver showed up without car seats and said it was impossible to get them. So I paid for two car seats, never got them and was forced to ride an hour with my young children in regular seat belts.”
“I have used Holidays Taxis for nearly 10 years and they have never let me down, the wait at the airports is always within the time frame given and is usually due to awaiting passengers off delayed flights, on the return leg they pick you up at the time given, and if you have to cancel outside the 24 hour window they give you a full refund, in summary Holiday Taxis have high standards and can be relied upon.”
“Booked to be collected at Villa Flamenca Nerja but company changed pick up point. They said bus could not come down road as one way and two big , Rubbish, the bus was a small schuttle bus and other companies, ie. TUI collect passengers in huge coach at Villa Flamenca. The changed pick up was on a main road and the bus would not have bern able to wait even a minute if we were delayed as no space, Villa Flamenca road is much quieter and there are parking bays!!! Their second pick Up at Verana Azul was not there and they waited 10 minutes, this would not have bern possible where they picked us up. Also all our previous bookings we were picked up at Villa Flamenca. I have problems walking and as the company refused to amend our pick up, we had to get a taxi to new pick up point. Never again will we use this company. This experience has bern very stressful.”
“Very good, both outbound from the airport (transfer waiting outside and we were on the way in like 15 minutes) as inbound to the airport (transfer on time at my hotel).

“Long wait arriving a 17.00 getting on a bus pretty quickly only to be to to get off as bus was full, and being told we would have to wait 15 minutes, but that wasn’t true after phoning twice we eventually left the airport at 19.33. Not impressed. This review isn’t to get a reward just the service needs to be improved.”
“Had ti wait over 0ne and half hours to get taken to the hotel collection tio the airport was half and hour early pickup time was 6 pm was at the airport at 6 pm.”
