“Mixed review.
Very easy to book and clear instructions provided on the vouchers. I booked a premium private car which stated it would be a high class vehicle. The transfer from the airport to hotel was excellent, I communicated with the driver via text, they greeted us at the meeting point and took us to the upmarket people carrier, it was clean and well maintained. The driver was friendly, drove well and even gave us some holiday tips. This journey was 5 star.
The return journey was a different matter. The instructions said to wait in the hotel reception from 10-15 mins before pick up which we did. At the pick up time we decided to venture out to see if we could see the car. There was a large minibus waiting out the front, the driver asked my name and said it was our transport! They were annoyed they had called me 4 times but this was in the space of the 2 mins when we were gathering our luggage and walking out the front which I explained. I told them that we were waiting in reception as per the instructions. They just said no, we should have come out the front. They were very abrupt. The large mini bus was not in any way a high class vehicle and the driving was bad to the point of being scary at times. When we got to the airport they gave us our luggage without saying a word then left. I would give this journey 2 stars just for getting us there on time.”
“The transfers went very well although communication was not the easiest. There is no possibility to contact via WhatsApp or email. On arrival I had to call Spanish number as I couldn’t find their location. Afterwards the shuttle left pretty quickly and didn’t have to wait too long. My hotel could call them on local number to check my pick up and it was right on time. I arrived well in time at the airport for my flight.”
“We had the same vehicle and driver for both journeys and he was so polite and friendly. Have used Holiday taxis for many years and will continue to do so.”
“Mehmet, my driver was amazing. I was last to be dropped off and as I was travelling on my own he insisted on carrying my luggage right up to my apartment door. Also very good and safe driver.”
“Booked a 'Private Premium Minibus' with Holiday Taxis but the driver did not wait for the allotted time as per the Holiday Taxis terms and conditions, and had left by the time we had got through Biometrics and Passport control. I then had to arrange my own transport (so I have had to pay twice) to get to my destination. Complaint made, but I have now been waiting for over two weeks for Holiday Taxis to respond. I have requested a refund but I have received no response. Most of the comments on here are about the service they received from the taxi company abroad. Remember when things don't go to plan Holiday Taxis did nothing to help me. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company.”
“We paid extra for the Premium Shuttle to save time but ended up sitting on a hot coach for 45 minutes waiting for it to fill up. Definitely not worth the extra spend; however, the coach was easy to find 😊.”
