unfortunately , my review will be poor . I have booked a taxi transfer with your help - and Sharred Shuttle . has been talked 2 times to Miguel ( service representative ) and 2 times to Wasim ( service representative ) and Also made a call to the call service . My booked service should be at 10:00 AM . I have came to the port exit one and half hour before . I have searched and looked for a person with my name on a sign as was told me that will be happend . after 40min delay . I have tried all the ways to contact and unfortunately I did not get the paid Service ( has cost me 20euro per person ) I have also asked every body at the Port Exit and nobody knew about the sherred shuttle pit stop”
“Turned up 55 minutes late I rang several times got the airport 1 hour 40 minutes before my flight when in reality I should of arrived 2 and a half hours before due to extra security checks at Dalaman”
“Taxi was late when we arrived at Sal airport, the driver apologised, on our return the Taxi firm was over half hour late and we had to book the local Taxi to take us to the airport”

“Absolutely fantastic, driver was great and curtious and extremely safe on both my transfer, they kept me up to date on my pickup when they were running late ( not their fault was other passengers) used this company last year was terrible but gave it another try and it seems different drivers and company in Bodrum who were superb”
“I stood in line ( in a long queue ) at the usual desk inside the airport only to be told that the office is outside beside the bus pull in area so I went there and was sent to D1 stop where a bus was waiting the female driver said the bus was full ( it wasn’t ) and told me there was another one coming in a minute - I waited for over an hour to finally go.
The return journey was completely smooth the driver was at the pick up point early.”
