“A very long wait in the airport for the transport. No information about departure time. Poor service from the information desk. So we did not know if there was time for getting something to eat etc.
However, the bus and the driver were ok.”

“Initial communication very good with WhatsApp messages when we landed and rep at meeting point very welcoming. Unfortunately the driver dropped us about 300 metres from our hotel at the bottom of a steep hill and we had no idea where our hotel was. Took us about 40 minutes to find it hauling cases about a steep hill in the sun and heat. No explanation why he didn't drop us outside the hotel ( other taxis and buses were going up the hill so not sure why he couldn't go up it )
For our return transfer we were advised we would be picked up outside the hotel and to be there for 9:15am ( for 9:30 pick up ) while waiting for transport to arrive the hotel receptionist came out to tell us the pick up point had changed and we had to make our way to a new pick up point ( again about 300 metres away ). Why they had to do this and leave change at the last minute was done without any explanation.”
“Attending our Sons wedding in Cyprus was so much more smooth using Holiday Taxis, no shuttle buses making lots of stops, just straight to our hotel. The drivers were polite and helpful and spoke English (which is always a bonus). Would 100% use them again.”

“Taxi 23 mins late, had to ring the company to find out what was happening. Taxi driver was on the phone (not hands free) most of the time even when driving at 120 km/hr and driving very erratically. If MisterTransfer come up as the local company being used in Barcelona I would cancel the booking as this was the 2nd bad experience of the trip with this company”
