“Depuis 15 ans c'est la 1ère fois où je suis très mécontente, nouveau fournisseur VIAJES RUSADIR Portugal, j'ai attendu plus d'une heure à l'aéroport de Faro, ensuite le chauffeur m'a conduit à l'Holiday Inn d'Albufeira alors que ma réservation était à destination de l'Holiday Inn à Armação de Pêra.
J'ai dû indiquer le trajet pour Armação de Pêra au chauffeur, qui m'a dit que sur les informations qui lui avaient été transmises étaient erronées (Albufeira).
J'avais l'habitude du fournisseur BEST TRANSFERT 4 U-Faro shuttles où tout se passait mieux avec beaucoup moins d'attente à l'aéroport.
Dans ces conditions où vous travaillez avec VIAJES RUSADIR je ne solliciterai plus les services de HolidayTaxis pour les prochaines réservations, attente trop longue...”
“For any future riders, please be aware of my shared experience. Upon arrival, leaving the Punta Cana airport to the hotel is was a mishap. We walked to the check in counter as stated from the email confirmation. We walked up the gentlemen looked confused and stated we weren’t on the list. I then began to message the emergency number and called where no one responded. We were left to coordinate our own ride to the hotel. Looking at a positive end, did receive an email from Juan Mota from Welcome Incming Services that they “We failed to provide you transportation”. Accountability was great however for the inconvenience the make up was not up to par. The next day we did receive a visit and spoke with Michael who provided further apologizes. In a situation like this some compensation or credit should have been given due to this big inconvenience. At this time I could not see myself ever booking with holiday taxis due to the bad first impression. I have yet to hear anything about a refund of some sort.”
“Very disappointed. Unable to locate coach as wrong sign had been put up in window. Had to wait well over an hour so we missed our dinner.

“Not as good as usual, air con appeared to be broken so very hot in mini bus. Definitely need to make pick ups earlier as passport control took an hour in long, long queue even though airport was not busy. Evening/late night flights queues would be far far worse.”
“Everything was ok. My flight landed delayed about 1 hour. Then i waited long time for the luggage,delivery but as soon i exit outiside i found the Holiday taxis Staff waiting for me.
Personnel very kind and professional. I recommend to everybody their service. And let me say this: "If you will choose the Holiday taxis, you will never walk alone ".”
“Our plane was delayed and we could not find our taxi at the airport .We tried phoning for help as it said on information the driver would not wait longer than an hour and we were delayed arriving an hour late.Whilst we were phoning our driver appeared .We got in car but he couldn't speak any English a. He took us to to a wrong hotel in Sami instead of Hotel Olive Bay in Agia Effima . He stopped a couple of times to ask people where the hotel was and in the end we managed to direct him to our hotel as we have been before.The return journey from Agia Effima was a lot better the driver was on time pleasant and took us straight to the airport and spoke some English.”
“Awful service.
The driver said he was there but we arrived in time and went to the right meeting point and the was no one there for us. The driver left so after waiting a long time to hear that no one would come to pick us up we had to find anther taxi to bring us to the hotel.
So I paid double and now the company refuses to give us a refund.
Worst service. I will never use it again.”
“Although our Flight was delayed and the Shuttle had left we got a private Drive to Agios Stefanos with a friendly driver without waiting time. Great experience After Midnight !”
