“We had to rearrange our date to be picked up. We waited in the reception of our hotel just before the pickup time. After no driver arriving after waiting for 20 minutes. We called the taxi company. They didn?t seem to know we had rearranged our booking. Eventually after several minutes checking, they said a driver would be with us in 20 minutes. We were heading for the airport, so quite worried, but didn?t have much choice but to trust that they would turn up. 15 minutes later, a driver came running into reception, shouting my name. He said he had been woken up at home and told to rush to fetch us. Hussein was very friendly, told us not to worry we would be at the airport in time for our flight. He stopped on the way to buy us cold water and even some fruit! Got us to the airport in good time and helped with the luggage.”
“Great experience picking up from airport , only had to wait about 40 mins before we left for Santa Ponsa and then only about 40 mins transfer time ?.. Horrendous coming back , we were picked up 4 and a half hours before our flight !I went on the webchat to talk to Holiday Taxis but every time someone joined the chat they left straight away putting me back in a massive queue ! So i rang them to question this and they said there was nothing they could do ! It states that the transfer time is no more than 55 mins yet our transfer time was 1 hour 20 mins !”
“When we arrived we were quickly shown to our bus. We then sat there for an hour. It would have been great to be told we had to wait for another flight to come in, we could have had a walk, lunch, toilet etc we then had a further 1.5 hours travel so was a long time on a bus. On the way back we were the first to be picked up, we were still 2 mins from our hotel 45 minutes later due to all the pick ups. Other than that all was fine. I?ll arrange a private transfer next time.”
“Our flight was delayed flying into Munich by an hour and we were due to land around 11pm ..I tried every number for the taxi firm including OOH both UK and Munich and no one answered ?it was just a recorded message saying ring back in office hours I got hold of the actual taxi driver and he said he didn?t have space to pick us up an hour later!! I was quite insistent and he did eventually pick us up On the way back a lovely driver picked us up from the hotel ?on time..everything was fab You just need to sort out that an emergency number is actually staffed!!”
“When we arrived the taxi man was late and he got lost getting us to our hotel and then coming home they where early pick up time was 12.50 and they where at 12.15”

“Getting taxi when arriving was superb unfortunately on way back easyJet use same firm so we had an irate driver calling us saying we were late ? we were asking if another being sent to us and driver said he didn?t know so to get on this to not miss plane? once on the other taxi called so that was disappointing? I couldn?t phone number to check as office was shut and emergency number just rang off”

“Normally the service is excellent. This time however when we arrived at Malaga, there was nobody there to meet us. We eventually found a rep who made a telephone call and a driver was called to pick us up. The return home trip was excellent as normal.”
“The driver was very nice but had trouble as his sat nav lead him down dead ends. The price quoted and taken was returned and a higher charge then taken. I had already tipped the driver in cash for his efforts. The surcharge was a surprise as no one had said there was a different charge.”
“The service was great in the end but I'd like to suggest you provide more clarity of information when making the booking. I booked a shared transfer (Malaga to Marbella). I was travelling alone with a golf bag only and booked Pax + 1 Suitcase - it never occurred to me to think one bag would not include a golf bag. This caused all sorts of issues on arrival at Malaga which was eventually sorted out (for a supplement) but the problem would have been avoided if it stated in the T&C's that golf bags were not permitted.”
“As a couple with a young baby, never again. Firstly I will say that in terms of reliability, on arrival we found the rep easily and were shown to the awaiting bus. And it got us to our hotel. Prior to booking I had a look at the distance between the airport and hotel - 35 mins - which was part of the reason we chose the resort that we did to minimise travel with a baby especially following a flight. Whilst I was well aware that the shuttle buses stop at various hotels I really wasn't prepared for the tour of Spain that followed and some **3 hours later** we finally stopped at our hotel. As a couple or older family who don't mind the travel i would have tolerated it but trying to entertain a baby for that long with the addition of no safety measures for him and no aircon on top was horrendous. A private taxi cost more but we ended up cancelling the return shuttle and paying for that instead for a comfy direct trip to the airport.”
“Outward from Alicante airport was fine but the return was a nightmare we were picked up at 07.40 for a 16.05 flight so spent about 7 hours at Alicante airport will think twice about using holiday taxis again”
“We were collected at 2.45 from playa del Ingles to go to the airport, we didn?t get there to 4.15. There were too many stops on way. And driver had to wait for travellers at some hotels. Think that there should be a maximum of 5 stops per collection”
“The taxi from airport to resort was good but the return trip was a major issue as 15 mins before the taxi was due I had a phone call to say I would have to make alternative arrangements to get to the airport as the taxi was not available and they did not have a replacement. However they have agreed to settle my claim to refund my extra costs.”
