“Unfortunately, the car arrived almost 1hr later than booked. We requested the car for 9.30 but it did not arrive. When calling their office they had it in their system for 10.30. There had been a mistake in Holiday Taxis relaying the request to the taxi company. Luckily, this was after returning and not on the way to the cruise.”
“All I can rate is my mistake. I booked the wrong day my accident and would have enjoyed the chance to re-book for maybe a small fee. As it is you took my money and didn?t provide me a service.”
“The transfer was ok. My only dislike was the fact I left my wallet on the Mini bus on first day when dropped off so phoned company to get back and they didn?t help at all so my wallet is still there. Joke really as said would ring back within hour so I struggled all holiday as was self catering will not be using again.”
“Booking through HolidayTaxis' website was fairly straightforward for our visit to Istanbul, with the actual work being outsourced to a local supplier (Tefen Travel). From Sabiha Gokcen airport to the hotel, it took us a little time to find where the Tefen representative was located (outside the airport), and once he had our details we then had to wait ages with our two kids (9 and 5) until someone was available to take us. After over half an hour waiting, the driver finally turned up and took us to our hotel (around an hour away). The return was much better. I had a WhatsApp message the day before departure to confirm when we would be picked up, and the driver arrived on time and took us to the airport promptly.”

“When I got to turkey, normally there is someone there with my name on a card, but this time, there was no one, I had to drag my suitcase to the stand and they told me that they didn?t have a car for me but would put me in a taxi, that?s not what I paid for, the taxi driver went through red lights and that made me very uncomfortable.”
“Driver was hard to find at dalaman the car was old and uncomftable for such a long transfer. Return journey went well nice driver .smart .pleasant plus a newer.version of car much better may be wort paying more for a better transfer but at the end of the day we got there and back thanks”
“Have always had a good experience with Holiday Taxis but not this time .On arriving at Naples airport it took us over 25 minutes to locate our driver. This was because he had spelt our name wrong. The driver then went onto tell us that our taxi had broken down and that he was now taking us along with his own fare. We then had to wait over 45 minutes for their flight to land. We had booked a private minibus as had the other people so neither of us was happy about sharing as we had both paid for private transport. The other couple were very angry about sharing with us which led to a very uncomfortable journey. We were also very annoyed that the drivers on the inbound and outbound journeys were very rude when we weren?t forthcoming with a tip. A complaint has been reported and am awaiting a reply.”
“Our 2 minibuses dropped off in separate places with mixed messages from drivers about pick up place. Return to airport was chaotic - only one minibus and later a car. We had to chase up for a second car. They resolved issues but could?ve been avoided”
“The driver was at the right place the right moment. We had paid extra child car seat, but there wasn't any. Fortunately i'd say, because we were squezzed all the 4 of us on the back seats, to allow our 3rd luggage (although mentioned in the reservation) to be on the front left seat. In fact the car was not appropriate. Luckily we are slim, but otherwise? And all this for 3 long hours from Bangkok Airport to Hua Hin hotel! Not the best HolidayTaxis trip I've made.”
“Easy to book online with prompt email of holiday voucher. Return pick up from holiday was punctual, polite driver Pick up from Cancun airport to hotel was poorly organised. I had booked a private transfer, but had to wait 15 min after a long tiring journey. The company reps were not clearly visible at the airport exit. Having paid more money for private transfer, I had expected better service. The holiday voucher said the reps will be holding signs for easy identification & the taxi will be waiting for us as we had provided the flight details.”
“Our taxi booking from the airport was a nightmare! Our flight was on time but we had to wait an hour for a taxi. We were told several times by the staff at the desk that the taxi was 5 minutes away but it didn?t materialise. In the end my husband had to go to the taxi control himself and sort it out. They clearly didn?t have anyone to fulfill our booking. Conversely our return journey was fantastic! The driver was early and very pleasant. Overall 3 stars.”
“Booking was easy and no problem with locating taxi on arrival with good journey to hotel. However the return journey, though on time, the driver was talking non stop on her telephone for 85% of the journey which made us rather unhappy”
“I booked the premium car option for airport transfers in Krakow as a treat but the cars supplied were a basic Toyota Prius (revvy and whiny)and a Fiat Tipo (wheel bearing on the way out). Although they were on time and the drivers nice and polite I expected better as I?d paid a premium over the standard cost. Will still use but be wary of this option.”
“Booking online is simple BUT we were let down on transfer. A driver who had no idea where beach of the seven drops were. Having to stop on many occasions to find places on Google maps. A transfer that on average over the years had taken about 1 hour 20 mins, took well over two hours!”
