“I stood in line ( in a long queue ) at the usual desk inside the airport only to be told that the office is outside beside the bus pull in area so I went there and was sent to D1 stop where a bus was waiting the female driver said the bus was full ( it wasn’t ) and told me there was another one coming in a minute - I waited for over an hour to finally go.
The return journey was completely smooth the driver was at the pick up point early.”
“The journey to our hotel was awful the driver stopped for himself twice first time for a drink and sandwich and then 3/4 hour stopped again for a cigarette what should have taken 2 hours took 3 the driver was driving very slow and eractically and texting the whole way, driver on way back was excellent only stopped because he was asked too and was very pleasant and helpful.”

Some negative this time: driver from airport to hotel was too fast, ridiculous speed. Both taxis were not the cleanest, driver on way to airport yesterday had to stop for tyre pressure (but at the same time also decided to have a cigarette break)?
Not the service we have had on previous trips.”

“The pick-up was efficient and I was able to arrange drop-off to a changed location . I did not change the pick up point for my journey back to the airport, as I was planning to spend my last day with friends at their hotel (where I had originally expected to be staying). But the company changed the pick-up point without telling me until the last day. When I called and asked for it to be changed back to the location I’d booked, the Holiday Taxi rep tried to help, but the bus company they use refused. No reason was given. This was very disappointing.”
“The driver of our transfer drove dangerously fast, weaving in and out of traffic and on one occasion ran through traffic lights because he couldn’t get stopped on time”
“Return taxi was 25 minutes late arriving at the pick up point. No explanation was offered when the driver turned up.
Thankfully my flight was delayed so it didn't turn into a problem but it was unnerving.
Given, as a customer, you are asked to be at the pick-up point 15 minutes before the specified pick-up time it's annoying.”
“Having used your company before we were quite disappointed in our arrival journey, driver was quite moody, no water offered and drove very erratic, we arrived on time and he did stop for toilet break,
Return trip was completely different , lovely driver , very courteous, water given and even brought us an ice lolly, safe driver , five star”
“At the turn was great and in time …but at arrival to Tunis we needed to wait 2 hours to get a driver and they let us wait in the burning sun for 45 minute outside the parking in the end get a bus and at drop by the hotel the driver expect to get tips….unbelievable 🤷♂️”
“Had a short wait for the transfer. Staff at the airport desk weren't very professional (scruffy and had a child at the desk with them). The transfer itself turned out to just be a taxi which we could have just got ourselves outside the airport terminal.”
“I have used you before and had really good service hence why I booked again. The transfer from Corfu to Gouvia was fine. However coming back was slightly different. We were told where to go for our pick up from Gouvia to Corfu airport. We arrived at 10.15 am for the 10.30 am pick up and were in the place instructed to go to. The pick up arrived at 11.10. I had to call Lord Travel twice and whilst they were very helpful there was no contact from them to me. There was apparenty a hold up along the way but surely Lord Travel could have phoned or texted me to let me know what was happening. The first time I called them at 10.45 the driver was 10 minutes away, the second time I called them at 11.00 the driver was 10 mins away and he did then turn up. We didint know whether to give up and get a cab or hold on. We were aware of our check in time of 11.30 getting nearer. So a definite lack of communication.”
“The booking procedure is easy, the transfer itself was great, except the driver cursing in Greek. But the service on the phone is awful! Disrespectful, not helpful at all, with a bad attitude, especially when contacting them in English. They literally dropped the phone on me. But when I had someone to call in Greek, it was slightly better - still with an awful attitude though. No politeness at all, I know it is not Holidaytaxis, but Lord Travel who is managing the transfers, but they definitely need to work on their attitude over the phone, and teach the drivers some basic manners.”
“Used to be picked up with roomy car ,which had refreshments in supply for the journey. This year we arrived to a basic car which broke down after being in a traffic jam. Granted we had a replacement car sent promptly but still no beverages. Going back to airport just the basic car again.”
“We moesten erg lang staand in de hete zon wachten. Informatie ook niet erg toeschietelijk (meisje niet vriendelijk). Na 1 uur kwam de mini van. Aardig chauffeur en in 25 bestemming waren we op onze bestemming.”
“Perfect service with booking and pickup. Very nice price! The only thing that could be better was the driving. The driver was drinking a bit fast and did some hazardous drive by (around the cars in front) and very close to the cars in front. It made me and other passengers a bit uncomfortable.”
“No problems with pick up from both ends, and was collected on time. Transport was basic standard. Transfer from hotel to airport, stopped for 20 minutes along the way at a store in an obvious attempt for us to spend more money. This really delayed
us, and with heavy traffic, we only made boarding with 30 minutes to spare.”
