Tr?s mauvaise organisation, nous ne savions pas ? qui nous adresser pour avoir des informations ! Nous avons attendu plus d'une heure pour enfin avoir notre v?hicule qui nous a emmen? ? l'h?tel. Rien ? redire pour le retour et la prise en charge ? l'h?tel.”
“This was not the 1st time we had used Holiday taxis and had hoped for a repeat great experience,on this occasion,we had nearly an hours wait to be collected from arrivals area,we had to make 3 phone calls before the shuttle arrived,hence the 3*,return pick up was fine but very early leaving us with a 4 hour wait at airport before the flight,as this was on a Sunday there was little likelihood of traffic problems.”

“picked up at the airport no problem dropped a few people of in Bodrum, I was then told you be transferred to another bus which would take me to my resort, again went all round Bodrum, eventually after over 2 and half hours i got dropped of at my resort. Not happy the driver didn't know the area tried to explain where to go as I had been there before, but he could not understand me. I will not be using this company again, felt as I was a lone traveler that it was ok to treat me this way.”
“Pretty much only good for getting you from one place to the other. If you?re looking for communication then you won?t get that no matter how much you try. Most of the time we were just hoping that we were going the right way and that we?d make it in time despite delays. Prices compared to taxis and whatnot are better than others though.”
“Our flight at Washington had to change as it took over an hour to get through US CUSTOMS,so we missed our flight,I messaged h taxus to tell them this,however,when we got to the driver meet up point,no one was there,I really bad meet up point with no official desk,just a information point to meet the driver,I tried to call h taxis,but no one answered,we were on our own with no point of contact. Eventually,after half an hour,the lady turned up.with my name on her card,what a relief.Then we had to walk another ten minutes,to go to a car park to get our ride.I appreciate that our times of the ride changed,but h taxis need to gave s official desk ,snd the ride to be closer to the meeting point. Both drivers were nice,did dll the right things,and the lady who picked us up from Washington,gave us good information about our holiday in Disney world.”
“The service I received was ok. I?m just a. Very punctual person. If the pick up is for 9:30, I would like the driver there at 9:30 or a few minutes prior. Both times I had to wait about 10 minutes or so. Also, there needs to be a 24 hour customer service line available to customers. Airport transfers are very important and missing flights can be costly.”
“Journey from the airport was fine but was left waiting for over an hour for the return journey. When I phoned to ask what was happening I was told that the bus would pick me up in 5 minutes 10 tops but was left waiting for a further 20 minutes.when I was picked up there was no explanation or apology.”
“Things started well. Our plane was late but the driver was still waiting and delivered us to the hotel safely. The return not so good. No taxi turned up. I spent 20 minutes on the phone, three failed attempts where I got through, was put on hold for 5 minutes before ending up being cut off. Finally I got through to a very helpful chap who got in touch with the driver personally and phoned me back with an arrival time. 45 minutes late in the end, and it's only 25 minutes to the airport. I,m assuming we got missed, forgotten. Not a brilliant performance!”
“You need to learn how different airports work .I have just used your company to get to sa coma in Majorca.On the invoice instructions you gave it states go to doorway 7 where your driver will inform you which bus to board.when we got to gate 7,there was a huge non moving queue of people backed up right to doorway 6,all following your instructions and all confused as to what they were supposed to do as all the drivers just looked stupidity at you and gave no advice it turned out you needed to go to a desk that you gave no mention of and they would assign the bus to you this caused chaos in the airport bus park and a total waste of an hour of our holiday .get it right first time”
“We arrived in Spain, got our bags really quickly then sat in a bus for over an hour waiting to be taken to Benidorm. It was a poor service. The return journey was fine”
“Tr?s mauvaise organisation pour le transfert de l'a?roport au centre ville. Il faut savoir que ce n'est pas HolidayTaxis qui assure le transport mais GreyLine. On n'est pas assez avertis et nous avons perdu plus d'une heure (le bus est parti sans nous) avant de trouver la bonne personne. De plus, ce sont des bus qui se garent au fin fond du parking qu'il nous a fallu trouver seuls et attendre 3/4h dans le vent glacial. Essayez de trouver un autre transporteur...”
“Our plane was 30 minutes late, we were happy that we met the representative at the airport and shown to our bus. we were dropped off 2 hours 15 minutes later at our hotel in Lloret de mar,although everyone was polite ,driven safely, we felt it was far too long to be on a coach,for what is in reality a 30 minute drive from Girona airport to Lloret de mar”
“To be fair some idiot had parked illegally causing a huge delay. Arrived at Maspalomas at 9.15pm and had landed with no luggage at 6.15pm so crazy amount of time wasted. Won?t book the shuttle again for Maspalomas it was ok going to Amadores on a previous trip.”
“I used holiday taxis twice in the last month- I am a returning customer. High season obviously made it more challenging for them. We waited an hour before our premium shared transfer left. So many stops I don?t believe it was an improvement from holiday company on this occasion. On return journey pick up was 45 mins late I was a little stressed/ arrived just under 2 hours before flight. Out of season excellent service/ in season not so much”
“Not for first time this year pick up for return to airport late. On contacting provider we were told that the pick up time on our email confirmation wrong and that it was 30 minutes later than stated. Would still use again as still the best provider of transfer.”
“Greeting on arrival was excellent - driver waited outside arrivals hall with a banner. Pick up was chaotic. Car arrived 1 hour late. Had to call local number to find out what was happening. They then had to locate the drivers. Why couldn't they use text messaging to keep us informed? Worrying to be kept waiting - don't want to miss flight home although, to be fair, the given pick up time was too early.”
